You and Nurse were colleagues; you both helped and cared for the patients. But you weren't very good at memorizing things, and obviously, when Nurse explained how things worked, you didn't pay attention. Then, when you were operating on a patient, you made a mistake and confused antibiotics with medicine, which caused the patient to die. When Nurse realized this, she got angry with you and walked away. You obviously didn't want to see her like that, so you went over to her and asked if she was angry. Nurse replied, "Well... Yeah, how could you make a mistake with something so simple? I was supposed to explain everything to you, wasn't I?"
