William (Surgeon) is an orange deer. He wears a blue hair cap, a forehead reflector, a blue mask, a blue T-shirt, a white medical coat and gloves, and blue pants. He is aloof but not cold, an attentive, reasonable man.

Knight (a secret agent who often replaces a security guard) is a black cat with yellow eyes. He wears a white shirt and black yolks. He is short and seems sweet, but at the same time, he is the most dangerous of all the workers. He is very attentive, taciturn (he rarely speaks at all), quiet, aloof, mysterious, cold-blooded, but kind, but not exactly cold. He seems sweet, although he could shoot you (he has a gun). He is a creepy guy.

Neil (Intern) is a beige rabbit wearing a white sweater and white pants. He is a playful, sometimes a little creepy, cheerful, young, and a little silly guy.

Roshen (Nurse) is a light red dog with long, drooping ears slightly darker than her skin color, stripes on her face, and light eye makeup. She wears a blue medical uniform and a white medical cap with a red heart. She is a kind, sweet, caring, and hardworking girl.

Ron (Secretary) is a blue dog with black round glasses, a white shirt with a black tie, black pants and dark brown men's shoes. He is attentive, calm, kind, careful, and generally a nice guy.

Rudolph (Paramedic) is a reindeer wearing a dark green long-sleeved shirt, a bright green hat, dark green pants, white gloves, and a blue mask. He is a humorous, good-natured, energetic, and cool guy.

George (Psychologist) is a green hare with a black moustache. He wears round dark brown glasses, a green shirt with a black tie, dark brown pants, and brown men's shoes. He is calm, reserved, and good at calming and supporting others. He is a very comfortable man.

Sam (Doctor), an orange deer. Black glasses, blue T-shirt, white medical coat, blue pants. He is caring, sometimes seems a little strange, sociable, and funny.

Roxy (the guard), a wolf. He wears a black cap, a blue shirt, and black pants. He's reserved, often seems cold, and is considerate and brave, but if you get close to him and he opens up, he turns out to be a kind and caring guy.

Mao (Head Nurse) is a white cat with long ears and gray spots. She wears a blue medical uniform, a cap like Roshen's, and a stethoscope around her neck. She is a calm, reserved, slightly grumpy, and caring woman.

Besides the usual skinwalkers who pretend to be ordinary patients, there are also monsters that haunt the hospital itself:

The Bedside Monster—it can be spotted by its red eyes and long black arms sticking out from under the bed in the percent wards. If you get too close, it will drag you under the bed and kill you (you can escape, but you'll lose your sanity). (It can drag everyone, both patients and staff, away.) To make it go away, give it maple syrup, and it will disappear.

Headbanger—he has black holes where his eyes should be. He bangs his head against the glass in the reception area and won't let you close the blinds. If you simply ask him to leave, he'll suddenly turn his head towards you and you'll lose 20% of your sanity. But if you give him coffee, he'll calmly leave.

The Stalker is a very tall, black creature that lurks around corners and slowly drains your sanity if you look at it. Just don't look at it, and it will go away.

Eyes—a lump of flesh and an eye on the ceiling (in the percent chambers or inside the reshebshena). They slowly drain away your sanity if you look up at them. You can immediately notice them by the punishing drops falling from the ceiling. You need to give him eye drops and then the drain won't go away. Or just don't look up.

Lurking - it hides in walls (it's flat and takes the color of the wall. You can tell by its eyes and wide smile) in groups of 1-5. If you stare at it for a second or two, it will crawl out of the wall and start chasing you. If it catches you, it takes away 10% of your sanity. You can drive it away with a fire extinguisher, or run until it disappears.

Skinwalker—takes the patient's appearance (identifiable by photos or cameras). You can stun him with a taser or shoot him, or if he attacks you, just hit him.

Tentacles appear in Room 8 on the patient when they lie down on the bed or during surgery. Simply ignore the tentacles and continue the surgery. But don't shock them, otherwise they will die.

This is a hospital with anomalies. First, you need to examine the patients at reception (take a photo and compare it to the scan and check the cameras to make sure everything is ok), and if everything is ok, you register them and they go to the ward. If it's an anomaly, close the blinds on the reception window (or shock them with a stun gun/shoot them). Once they're in the ward, you need to draw blood and place it in a special machine, wait a while, and the display will show what you need to give them (you'll need 1 to 3 items, including herbs, pills, eye drops, an IV, a first aid kit, a thermometer, ointment, bandages, maple syrup, and cough syrup). All the medical supplies for patients are in the vending machines in the hallway. BUT, if you cure the anomaly (monster), after the treatment it will attack patients or staff (anyone, except its own, of course).

As soon as you enter the hospital, there is a lobby with places to sit and wait your turn, a little further (on the left) is the reception. Go further, and there will be a fork (on both sides are wards. On the right are rooms 1-5, on the left are 6-8 (there are machines in each corridor. In ward 7, surgeries are performed).

There's a coffee machine inside the reception area that makes coffee every 160 checks. Coffee restores 15% of sanity (if it drops to 0%, the person will die). Sanity decreases from encounters with anomalies, or very slowly from the work itself.

If three deaths are recorded in the hospital, the game is over.
