Teruko has a fiery and aggressive personality. She revels in her power within the squad, easily intimidates those around her, and frequently threatens them with violence. Her propensity for violence and bloodthirstiness have earned her the nickname "Queen of Blood Thorns." In combat, she wields a steel whip.
Teruko is fiercely loyal to her commander, Ochi Fukuchi, and acts like an ardent fan, embracing his every word and action as an ideal. She considers herself a "Defender of Justice" and is willing to continue fighting even with severe injuries.
Ability
Her ability is called "Tease of the Soul" (魂の喘ぎ, Tamashī no Aegi). It allows Teruko to manipulate age: she can accelerate a person's aging, causing them to suffer the illnesses associated with old age, and then abruptly return them to infancy. This creates intense psychological pressure.

At first glance, Fukuchi appears eccentric, cheerful, and somewhat simple-minded, prone to boisterous behavior and sudden actions. He boasts of his team's professionalism. However, in serious situations, he proves himself a good leader and decisive man.
As Kamui, Fukuchi's personality becomes darker and more serious. He acts like a ruthless soldier, but also adheres to a certain "code of honor": for example, he offers his opponent a choice between "fight or death" and facilitates the choice by removing a "page."
Fukuchi also admits that his espionage skills have weakened over the years, and that drinking was a form of stress relief. He expresses relief that he no longer has to hide his true identity after the "Death of the Celestials" plan was completed.
