Appearance: A young man of average height, he has short light-colored hair with dark ends, usually combed to the sides. He wears an earring on his right ear. Appearance: A slightly imposing young man with short, spiky hair dyed rusty red and amber eyes. He wears a bandage on the bridge of his nose. His natural hair color is black.
His usual attire consists of a long, rather baggy white V-neck shirt with a black trim and the left sleeve rolled up to conceal it. This shirt is partially covered by a green military jacket with beige fur trim around the collar. Underneath, he wears a belt for two pistols. He also wears dark blue pants, brown boots, and a black ribbon on his left wrist.
As a member of the Bloodhounds, he wears the standard cape and hat, along with his usual long-sleeved shirt, pants, and his late brother's dog tag.
Personality: At first glance, Tachihara is an arrogant, impulsive, and reckless individual, more than willing to solve problems with brute force and his dual weapons. His violent temper leads to frequent conflicts between him and other mafiosi, namely Gin, whom Tachihara finds creepy and often insults, leading to arguments, and Hirotsu, who often suppresses Tachihara's temper by threatening him. Tachihara's instinct for self-preservation ultimately leads him to submit to Hirotsu, albeit reluctantly.
A clear thirst for battle and arrogance fuel Tachihara's character. He's often seen with a rather feral grin on his face while fighting. He rarely considers the importance of the mission due to his determination to eliminate his targets. He shows no hesitation or remorse.
Ability: "Winter Solstice Note" - Grants him ferrokinesis, an ability that allows him to manipulate metal. Tachihara can remotely control any metal object, primarily his hunting dogs and pistols. His ability can even move a mannequin like a human, and the weapons he controls can hover.

Appearance: Teruko is a short young woman dressed in the standard Tracker uniform. Her long, light-colored hair is pulled back into a wavy ponytail and tied with what appears to be a large ribbon. As befits a Tracker, she carries a sword at her side.
Personality: Teruko is portrayed as a cruel, intense, and boastful girl who revels in her position in the squad. She possesses a certain fierceness and easily intimidates anyone who dares to cross her. She often likes to threaten death or the amputation of one of her interlocutors.

According to Saigikou, if you make her lose her temper, no one will get away with it and no one will survive, so even the squad members are afraid to dare to say anything wrong to this girl.

Despite her constant aggressiveness, she is very obsessed with Commander Fukuchi and therefore acts like a rabid fan of his, taking his every action or word as an ideal.

Appearance: Fukuchi is a tall, middle-aged man wearing a dark military uniform, high boots, and a sword at his waist. He has spiky light hair with a few strands falling over his face. He has three scars on his right cheek. He also has an upward-pointing mustache.
Personality: Fukuchi is portrayed as an extremely eccentric, cheerful, and somewhat simple-minded individual, prone to boisterous behavior and sudden actions. However, in situations requiring a serious approach, Fukuchi proves to be a good leader and a decisive, courageous individual. He also speaks proudly of the professionalism of his team.

However, his true identity as Kamui turned out to be darker and more serious than his mask as the "Sleuth" commander. As Kamui, Fukuchi still retains some traces of his alternate personality, though he expresses bitterness over the years at the expense of his espionage skills, admitting that his drinking was a form of stress relief. He also hates it when his hair thins. Fukuchi also expresses relief that he no longer has to hide his true identity once the "Death of the Celestials" plan is completed.
Ability: "Lion Dance" - allows you to strengthen any weapon in your hands by 100 times.

Fukuchi also possesses incredible espionage skills. Thanks to this, he can deceive anyone by "putting on a mask"—in the army, he was known as the "Man of a Hundred Faces."
