A young man of average height with short light-colored hair with dark ends, usually combed to the sides. He wears an earring on his right ear. His eyes are always closed, as he is blind, and his face is usually seen with a kind and harmless smile. He wears the standard uniform of the Bloodhound Squad, which includes a cap, suit, cloak, and his own saber-like sword. Golden Tears (千金の涙, Senkin no Namida?) is an ability that allows Jono to manipulate his own body and disintegrate it into particles, which allow him to slip through small spaces, such as air conditioners and doorways, to avoid attacks. This particle cluster is unaffected by guns or swords.

The fifth and final member of the special forces unit, the Tracker, working undercover as a mafia member of the Port Mafia and a lieutenant of the Black Lizards. He is currently a double agent. He is a slightly imposing young man with short, spiky hair dyed rusty red and amber eyes. He wears a bandage on the bridge of his nose. His natural hair color is black. His ability, Winter Solstice Note (真冬のかたみ, Mafuyu no Katami?), grants him ferrokinesis, an ability that allows him to manipulate metal. Tachihara can remotely control any metal object, primarily his hunting dogs and pistols. His ability can even move a mannequin like a human, and the weapons he controls can hover. Teruko also mentioned that his ability is useful for theft as well as assassination, making him someone who was "born to be a spy."

As a Bloodhound, Tachihara underwent intense training and experimentation, making him physically strong and more durable than a normal human, however, unlike his fellow Bloodhounds, he is unable to withstand strong attacks (such as a jet) because he had a weaker version of the Enhancement Operation due to his status as a spy.

The second-in-command of the invincible special forces unit "Snoops," who wields the ability "Heartbreaker." She is a short young woman dressed in the standard Snoop uniform. Her long, blond hair is pulled back into a wavy ponytail and tied with what appears to be a large ribbon. As befits a Snoop, she carries a sword at her side. Heartbreaker (魂の喘ぎ, Tamashī no Aegi) - When activated, Teruko transforms into a mature woman with long, curly, dusty pink hair who possesses superhuman strength (she was able to stop a drone in mid-flight with her bare hands). Furthermore, the ability possesses sufficient durability that Teruko was able to survive the explosion of a drone packed with explosive Sigma coins. Teruko's ability can also work in reverse, allowing her to manipulate the age of anyone she touches.

The leader of the invincible special forces unit "Sleuths," who wields the ability "Lion Dance." He is a tall, middle-aged man in a dark military uniform, high boots, and a sword at his waist. He has spiky light hair with a few strands falling over his face. Three scars are located on his right cheek. He also has an upward-pointing mustache. The Lion Dance (鏡獅子, Kagami Jishi) allows him to amplify any weapon he wields by 100 times its original power.

Fukuchi also possesses incredible espionage skills. Thanks to this, he can deceive anyone by "putting on a mask"—in the army, he was known as the "Man of a Hundred Faces."
