Humans and monsters live together. They can participate in the Monkart Racing League. Everyone dreams of winning, as the champion can get the status of a knight. The protagonist, a teenager named Jin, aspires to become the new knight. To achieve his dream, the boy must find the perfect monster Monkart and win the Grand Prix. During the competition, two opponents fight in the arena, who control the Monkarts. Each monster can transform into a car or transformer with a unique set of abilities. The bottom line is that a man and a monster act as a single whole. A man holds a Monsword (a special magic sword) and uses it to control the monster right during the race. The monster itself is driving in a kart on the track. Participants compete on a special track. A person uses Monsword to "direct" a monster - for example, to activate abilities or attack opponents. Each monster has its own unique attacks (fire, ice, electricity, and others). To perform a basic attack, a person draws the shape of the letter X in the air with a sword (while the color of the cross coincides with the color of Monsword). In the course of the race, more complex techniques are also possible. For example, in order to make a Megaroid attack, the monster must change into a special form (Megaroid), and the person must swing the sword horizontally, jump and at the moment of landing direct Monsword down to get a + sign. Such attacks are only available to racers of Expert rank and above. There is also a higher level - Gigaroid. To complete it, you need to throw Monsword into the air, catch it and immediately draw a cross. A driver usually has 1-3 such powerful attacks. After each attack, it is important to wait for the judge's decision: he will determine who hit first and how the characteristics (defense, speed, health) of both monsters have changed. Only then can you attack again. Sometimes bonuses appear in the race - they can be "caught" (for this you need to write a certain word) and used at the right time. The goal of the race is to reach the finish line first. And the main prize for the winner is not only the title of champion, but also the receipt of the title.

There are four main ranks in Monkart that reflect the skill level of the racer and his monster. They line up in a hierarchy: from beginner to champion. Beginner. This is the starting level. A racer at this rank is only able to summon a Bitroid, a first-level monster. Each such monster usually has only 1-2 available skills. To activate the abilities, the racer forms the letter X out of Monsworth. To reach this rank, a racer must either use a gemstone on his Monsworth, or achieve promotion solely through his own skills. At this level, a Megaroid becomes available. From this moment on, the racer gets the opportunity to use special moves, forming a plus sign (+) from Monsword, which significantly expands his arsenal. Master. To reach this rank, the racer and his monster must unlock the "Z" Evolution form. In this form, the go-kart becomes twice as large, and the monster can directly transform into a Gigaroid. Special moves are still performed with the plus sign, but a new technique appears in the form of Evolution "Z" - drawing the letter X. Knight. This is not just a rank, but the title of champion of the kingdom of Carmon. To get it, you need to defeat the current knight in a race. In addition to the honorary title, the holder of this title receives the right to adjust the schedule of the Posky Grand Prix races. At the same time, the rank of Knight itself does not give new game advantages or abilities - it is primarily recognition of status. Promotion through the ranks is directly related to success in races. By defeating rivals, the rider proves his growth and opens up new opportunities.

Dennis Roen. She was born visually impaired, but despite her disability, she has excellent Monkart racing skills. She is able to predict the outcome of races using her knowledge of Monkart and other senses. She is described as a gentle, quiet girl with a compassionate heart. Honest, incapable of lying, even if it is necessary to save her life. Dennis has short black hair and pale (between gray and white) eyes.

Louis de Broglie XIV. A descendant of the prestigious Brogley family, the son of Louis de Brogley XIII, he strives to maintain the pride and dignity of a knight by participating in the Montcarte races. Noble, but can be comic due to his fear of heights and Michael's fan status. At an early age, he lost his biological parents, grew up under the care of a greedy stepmother and three half-brothers. Louis has short black hair, slightly shaved on the sides, and one strand is always in front of her face (mechanically often touches her), as well as gray eyes.

Kuby Cupi. He lives in the mountains near the city of Latona with his friend Moncha. He is considered a high-ranking racer, but actually uses unorthodox tactics during competitions. Kubu is a kind, caring, funny and trusting boy with a great appetite. He values food as much as life, but at the same time he is honest in his desires and has values that are different from ordinary people. He sacrificed himself for Jin in the Valley of Heaven, though it was later revealed that Kubi survived the fall. Kubu has a round body, yellow eyes, and short black hair. If something bothers him, he perceives it as an injustice and does not like to see others in trouble. Jin learns the truth about his father, confronts the evil knight Destro, goes through a series of trials (defeating Destro's subordinates, ghost rider, participation in the Grand Prix, where he defeated Apollyon), eventually becomes a knight and reunites with his father.

Laura Jessie is Jean's childhood friend. Laura is a slender girl of small stature. Her hair is bright golden, braided in high braids with pink bows, and her bangs are cut short and cover her forehead. She has large purple eyes and fair skin. Laura wears a black dress with a high collar, long sleeves, and a light pink neckline, and is tied around her waist with a thick pink belt with a large metal buckle. Laura wears a short, pale pink skirt with lace edges and several round silver studs. Laura wears bright pink fingerless gloves with heart-shaped designs. He was originally the partner of Jin's father, Kaito Heist, and was considered the strongest. But after Kaito is supposedly killed, Brac is sealed in the Monsword and loses all of his memories. Later, Jin saved him and the two became partners. Fireball (fireball attack), Dragonfire (a more powerful version that causes a large explosion), and Full Speed (activates the kart's engine to the maximum, but consumes energy quickly).

Peynet is Laura's monster partner. A small light pink rabbit with long ears and a long cat tail. She has red eyes, a pale pink tummy, and a red bow tie to match. There are fangs in the mouth, and on the forehead there is an inverted dark pink triangular mark that goes down to the neck. She is energetic and very emotional. At the same time, she loves her partner with all her heart and will stand next to her until the end. "Shockwave". Paynet releases a sonic wave attack from the space between its ears.

Michael White. He wears blue fingerless gloves, light yellow pants with dark green protective pads on his knees, a light green belt with a large silver button, and a dark brown belt. He is an introvert, but because of his popularity among people, he easily communicates with new people. A peacemaker, he tries to calm people, including himself. Michael has a brother, Robin, who can both read the wind. He is considered the best racer in the city of Latona with his moncart Leo. A friend and rival of Jin. Leo is Michael's monster partner. A light blue lion with golden-brown eyes. It has black claws and a small lion tail with fluffy light blue fur. He actively communicates with other monsters and supports his friends. Cares deeply for Michael, as well as Robin and Chiki. His element is ice. "Crystal Ice" - Launches ice spikes that can explode, grow into taller spikes (if touching the ground), or create a slippery path for the kart. Chiki is Robin's monster partner. A yellow monster that looks like a chicken. It has red feathers on the top of its head and tail, green eyes, and an orange beak. Chiki is adventurous and very caring towards Robin. He is also warm to Robin's older brother, Michael, and is friends with Leo and the other monsters. Robin accidentally found an egg, and just a few seconds later, Chiki hatched from it. Over time, they became close and began to travel with Michael and Leo. In Sky Valley, Chiki and Robin ran into Michael and Leo. Before the race, Robin climbed a cliff to see the Sylphide and learn to "read the wind" - Chiki helped him with this several times. Later, Leo attacked and burned Chiki's kart (the monster itself was not harmed). Chiki followed Robin on his journey along with Michael and Louis. Burning Beam: Chiki opens his beak and fires a beam of flame at the enemy, causing an explosion at the moment of impact.

Robin White. Robin is Michael's younger brother. He greatly admires his older brother and dreams of becoming a Monkart racer like him. Robin has red hair and eyes. Despite being an expert in racing, Robin does not use the Megaroid. It is believed that he gained this rank solely through skill. Outwardly, Robin looks more like Jin than Michael.

Vettel Baskerville. He wears a red necklace, black pants, black fingerless gloves with yellow accents, and black and yellow sneakers. Vettel is considered independent, ruthless to his opponents. He tries to trick humans by giving them the seed of Auobiss, which makes monsters reckless. Proud, willful, decisive, ardent. Age 18 years. Vettel's parents are dead. Seina Forsis (Sena Fourseasons) is the princess of the kingdom of Carmon and heir to the throne. When the evil knight Destro overthrew her parents (turning them to stone with the help of Auobiss's magic) and tried to marry her in order to seize power, Seina escaped from the castle. On the way, she met Jin, the son of the legendary knight Kaito, who swore to help her stop Destro. Together with other allies, Seina helps Jin become a real knight and defeat the villain. Seina has platinum hair with a pale golden sheen, which she gathers in a high ponytail. The eyes are large and bright turquoise, the skin is light. She usually wears a cream-colored long-sleeved dress with light blue bow ribbons on her shoulders, and her waist is accentuated by a pale gold belt with two pairs of bronze-gold buttons. From accessories, a purple pendant with gold patterns, earrings to match, a gold bracelet on the right wrist. At Posky Castle, she sometimes wears a more formal ball gown. She is kind, gentle, with modest and elegant manners. Due to the responsibilities and upbringing received as a princess, she behaves very professionally and has extensive knowledge. At the same time, mischief sometimes awakens in her, and in critical situations she shows courage. In the beginning, due to the overthrow of her parents, she could act a little arrogant and did not want to involve others in her problems, but later she showed generosity. Inside her pendant lives a phoenix guardian named Rouge - she appears in emergency situations to help Seina, because it is her duty to protect the royal offspring.

Ellie Valencia. Ellie is called the "Queen of Reflower Town" - she is an experienced and famous racer. She is about 15-17 years old. Before she was corrupted by the Auobiss Spark, she was Beth's friend. After Jin defeated her and freed her from corruption, Ellie decided to accompany him on his adventures. However, later, during the events at the Host, she returned to her town, deciding that she was only hindering the band. After returning, her relationship with Beth improved. On the body there is a mark in the form of a windmill of bright green color, and green leaves grow from the body, which can turn into hands. Furie is caring, honest and sweet. She is very responsible for guarding YGGDRASIL and maintaining peace in the city of Reflover - for example, she scolds flowers for lies. When meeting other monsters, he likes to say hello to them. Rose Storm: Furie creates a bouquet of flowers from her forehead and scatters petals in a swirl that prevents her opponent from seeing the track. Determined and cruel, extremely loyal to those to whom she devoted herself. At the same time, she trusts the wrong people too much, which is why she is easily deceived. Nickel is generous and relaxed, but can be very competitive during racing competitions with Tricky. He is determined and very intelligent in matters related to alchemy and magic. Tricky and Nickel were among the best riders in the city of Hostia. One day, Tricky had an accident that caused him to crash into a pole. Nickel tried to save him, but there was an explosion that damaged his right eye.

Trickie is Nickel's monster partner. Tricky appears as a purple monster that looks like a goblin or ghost. Instead of a face, he has a slightly cracked white mask. He has round red eyes, a long purple tail, and a red round gem on his chest. The mouth has the shape of a square with waves. He is very playful. Despite his intimidating appearance, he has a sweet voice and is not evil at all. Tricky shares an interest in alchemy with Nickel. Tricky and Nickel were among the best racers in the city of Hostia and experimented with alchemy and sorcery together. One day, Tricky had an accident: his kart began to malfunction, crashed into a pole, it fell on the kart, and a fire broke out. When Nickel tried to save his friend, an explosion occurred, damaging Tricky's right eye. Nikel's father, Garba, asked Tricky to hide in the cemetery, promising that he would send him food, and was going to tell Nicky the whole truth when he recovered. But when Nickel woke up, his father told him that Tricky could not be saved, and blamed his own son for everything. But soon the truth came out. Later, Tricky helped Nickel with various things, such as when it came to tracking Seina's whereabouts in an abandoned building, he used his special power to turn the person he touched into a translucent one so that he could pass through obstacles. Lancelot's peculiarity is that he can detach body parts, including the head, at will. Evolution in Lance Arthur. In the Lance Arthur form, the design of the armor changes: sharper elements appear, reminiscent of real knights, white and orange details are added. A larger spear and shield also appear. "Cross Beam" (shooting a cross-shaped beam from a helmet), "Grand Cross" (special attack Megaroid - a glowing cross-shaped blow that knocks the opponent back), "Lance Boomerang" (the spear is used as a boomerang) and "Megaroid Fling" (the ability to separate parts of the Megaroid and throw them at the enemy). In the form of Evolution Z, the ability "Invincible Shield" appears, creating a giant shield to protect yourself or others from enemy attacks. He is the only Monkart who does not wear additional protective equipment during races - his main body is already strong armor. Another feature is that he has a unique physical weapon - a silver-gold spear.

Sir Jock. Sir Jock is a short, elderly man with orange-brown eyes. He has silvery-white hair that stands upright, with a small hidden ponytail at the back, and a thick mustache that curls slightly at the ends. He always wears silver-rimmed aviation goggles with red lenses and a red and white bandage on his forehead. He wears a blue military-style coat with a high collar and yellow insides and cuffs, and a white high-collared shirt underneath the robe. The coat has three horizontal red panels with silver buttons and light brown straps, which allow you to carry a small backpack and several satchel bags on the belt. He holds a unique silver staff with a wrench-shaped pommel and light beige gloves on his hands. His brown pants are baggy and have lighter ends, and he wears red socks and brown boots.
