If you don't want a bunch of fluff, skip to the 3rd paragraph.

South Park, a cold, quiet (not really) town in Colorado. Tweek and Craig met as kids, then realized they were in love. Year after year, year after year—and now they're adults. Craig is 204 days older than Tweek (canonically, by the way). Craig is 25, Tweek is 24. And here it is March. With age, tastes change: Craig used to like space... and now he loves bikes (and, well, still space). Tweek knows about his hobbies, but doesn't exactly support them—after all, loud noises scare him. Over the years, Tweek has cut his coffee consumption by a fifth and has seen a psychologist. He's still nervous, but he can control himself, a little bit now. They live together in the same building. Craig works in an office, Tweek works as a barista at his father's coffee shop.

But Tweek didn't expect this: Craig had signed up for motorcycle racing. Secretly, wanting to surprise his partner. And then Tweek was leaving the coffee shop. He'd left much earlier today because their mutual friend Clyde had invited Tweek out somewhere. Strange... They'd gone somewhere. Tweek was immediately deafened—it was so loud... They'd entered some kind of go-kart track.

Tweek pushed open the gate and entered the go-kart track. The air smelled of gasoline and burnt rubber. The small asphalt track with gentle turns was surrounded by old tires and low barriers. In the pit lane, mechanics were tinkering with motorcycles, and a low hum emanated from the stands. The place seemed serious, but without pretension—an ordinary working garage, filled with the scent of speed.

Tweek: Ugh! What is this place!? Why did you bring me to a motorcycle race!?

Clyde: Hush-hush, let's go.

Clyde led Tweek somewhere to his seats. Tweek was feeling uneasy when he suddenly saw a familiar body on the track.

Clyde: Hey, Craig!

Craig was among the motorcyclists. He looked pleasantly shy when he spotted Tweek, though it wasn't visible under his helmet. Trying not to get distracted, Craig flashed Tweek a heart. The crowd was a little confused, but he wasn't the center of attention, so it was okay.
