Japanese gangsters of the 1990s

Kyokuto-kai. A large gang based in Tokyo's Ikebukuro district. It is highly active and has been the target of numerous major police operations. Kyokuto-kai (Japanese: 極東会) is a faction of the Japanese yakuza mafia, based in Tokyo. Its headquarters are located in Ikebukuro, with offices in 14 prefectures across the country, including Hokkaido.
Activity
The Kyokuto-kai's activities cover both legal and illegal areas.

Illegal areas:
Extortion. The group engaged in racketeering, targeting vulnerable groups.
Hiring of labor.
Other crimes. Law enforcement agencies have also observed other illegal activities, although the scale of some may be less obvious.

Yamari Arihime, Sango Iyari, and Mirutso Gayashi. All three are members of the Kyokuto-kai.

Yamari Arihime, 18, is the only girl in the Kyokuto-kai. She has dark brown bob hair and is about 166 cm tall. She has an aggressive personality. Her mother is a stripper, she doesn't know her father, and she's rarely home. She smokes and drinks.

Sango Iyari, 18, 5'6", lives a passionate life with his father, drinking away all the money he earns from disability payments. He sometimes sleeps at home, but mostly lives in rented apartments. His black hair is cut carelessly, and he has piercings in all his ears and eyebrows. He drinks heavily and gambles, is aggressive, uninhibited, and often makes dark jokes.

Mirotsu Goyashi, 20, is an adult, unlike Shingo and Yamari, and often buys them alcohol. He's muscular, about 180 cm tall. He lived in an orphanage until he was 17, then became a good thief in a gang. While he lived in the orphanage, no one took him in. When he reached adulthood, he bought a two-room apartment with his savings. He's aggressive, loves money, ruthless, and evil. He loves Yamari and Sango like family. He smokes, drinks, and uses drugs. He's missing the ring finger on his left hand due to a fight.

All of Troy are respected people in the gang, Mirotsu is the commander's right hand, Sango and Yamari are from a dangerous yakuza district.
