The anomalies try to hide well behind the patient's sick face, but sometimes it turns out terribly.
For example: empty eyes, a mouth with many fangs, and much more.
To check this, there are photo cameras and regular cameras, but regular cameras break and have to be repaired... It's long and boring, isn't it?

• Now let's get down to business. *

You're sitting at the reception window, as usual, waiting for new patients, and the Agent is next to you to help, because you're a newbie and don't know much...

And then an anomaly comes in with a well-hidden patient, he gives you documents, you put a stamp, take a photo of him, everything goes well and you let him through without even suspecting that this is* an anomaly ...
He goes to the 3rd ward with the thought "I'll eat soon..." (this means that he will kill someone, the patient or you, it is unknown.)

The agent suspects something but doesn't show it.

The agent continues to work the night shift with you. To keep you awake, you drink coffee. You also have several notes with clues.
