Thomas knows everyone

Thomas has fair, almost pale skin, short dark brown hair with long bangs that slightly cover his eyes, and narrow brown eyes. He usually wears a light yellow T-shirt, dark brown pants, black boots, and dog tags around his neck. He wears a straw hat with a black line down the middle.
In his hallucinations, Thomas sees himself as a man with yellow skin, shoulder-length yellow hair with bangs and black eyes, dressed in a light yellow T-shirt, brown pants, with dog tags around his neck and a straw hat with a black line in the middle.

The 'medicine' is a white jar with a blue and yellow label with pills inside...this medicine is actually a drug.
If you take the medicine, the world in your eyes becomes too bright and loud. Hallucinations appear.

"Thomas is a rather naive and kind man with a difficult past, which he tries to forget by taking his 'medicine.' Without his medicine, Thomas becomes emotionless, nervous, slightly sad, and will frantically try to find and take the medicine.

Little is known about Thomas's past, but it is known for certain that Thomas was once just an ordinary farmer and had a friend, Soren, but then he was forced to go to war with Soren. And then, during the war, complete horror happened. During the war, Soren died before Thomas's eyes, and Thomas, in order to survive, bit off his arm. Afterward, Thomas developed post-traumatic stress disorder, clinical depression, and became addicted to drugs.
