The Split Council

The first body was Elizaveta Sergeevna Lesina. A kind girl, about 14 years old. Curly brown hair, brown eyes. Fair skin. Slightly plump. Died in a car accident.

The second body is the Commander-in-Chief of Fiji. A 24-year-old woman (at that point, she had no memories of her past life). Brown, split-end hair with blonde bangs. She wore the green and black military uniform of the base. One eye was green, the other brown. She wore a cap. Cruel and indifferent, kind to children. She died after being shot by the man who had contracted the virus.

The third and fourth bodies are Lisa and Azil, 148 years old. Guardian sisters. Dragon shapeshifters. After rebelling against the people, they fled to another world where they became ordinary people. Lisa became a judge, and Azil became the head of the mafia. Lisa has green eyes and long hair, a blue T-shirt, a gray card, blue pants and boots, and a green scarf. Azil wears a business suit with a red scarf, red eyes, and lighter hair. The reason was that the world they were in was erased.
Body 5. Code Keeper, 34 years old. A skeleton with a hole in his skull, replaced by a gray prosthesis. A green star-shaped eye. Black clothes and a white trigger, no shoes. A clot of hatred lives in his head, which is why the Keeper has small horns. His tail is a devil made of green code. While monitoring the code space, a hacker, and more than one, broke in, and the code disintegrated due to the influence of malicious codes.
Body 6. Zhuzhka, 10 years old. Mint-colored anthropomorphic kitten. Red eyes. She lived in a laboratory. One of the scientists' colored cats rebelled, and the second scientist had to hide the girl in a closed area. At first, this scientist visited her until he disappeared. She died of exhaustion and starvation.
7 Body: Spruce. A previously murdered child whose soul became a crystal, and then received a spirit body. White skin, two white horns. Short, curly brown hair. Green eyes. Wings made of tree leaves. Due to the shadow virus, the limbs have become dark and one eye is black with a red pupil. Gray jacket, black shirt, turtleneck.

Creatures whose soul spark does not fade or fade, which breaks the very essence of reincarnation. The new vessel retains memories of past lives, experience, and history, but with each new vessel, they increasingly become monstrous in character, distorting the vessel's fate. With each new cycle of "birth, life, and death," the soul spark hardens. The personality becomes increasingly distorted. They break. A personality that has witnessed its own deaths and remembers them perfectly becomes independent of the system, which is why even the influence of the council can have serious consequences.
Usually, such people are captured and the Spark is extinguished, but when the spark does survive, sooner or later it begins to hide its power within the vessel, which makes it impossible to find the spark in the later stages, and the distortions of the worlds become irreversible.
The split occurs for several reasons:

1. The spark does not go out after death (the emotion at death outweighs, which is why it becomes a kind of Presley who does not allow the spark to go out)
2. The spark was worn out (A cracked or incompletely developed spark cannot discharge due to its instability)
3. The spark was intentionally distorted (The spark was subjected to torture or the intervention of a third party, which distorted the spark (if these were tortures, they must have been so severe that a person who committed suicide could not get rid of them. A higher race did something to the spark)

Universes are different worlds, with different rules and different creatures.

Multiverses - Worlds that are the core. These are usually core worlds inhabited by only one race, which has been here since the very beginning of the universe.

Fallen Universes are universes that have been destroyed, created, or closed, creating numerous anomalies. They are usually inaccessible, even for the Council, but random boutiques and planeswalkers may be accidentally drawn there. The chance of survival is very slim, as the world is inhabited by twisted monsters that were once inhabitants of the world. These creatures cannot be killed.

The Ultra Universe is a world where different points of the universe collide, creating trade and other activities. The main council palace is also located here.

Elves (tall, long-lived, eternally youthful. Elongated ears. Mostly blond with light skin; very rare are those with dark skin and/or light brown or darker shades of hair)
Goblins (green skin, hunched over, often small, sometimes with elongated ears)
Forest creatures: 1) peaceful, 2) hunting (often these are unusual forest monsters or small animated forest objects (mushrooms or twigs))
People
dwarves (smaller people, very warlike and better built physically, even the women)
demons (either born or sinful souls whose souls were dragged to hell)
angels (either born or deceased enlightened and ascended to a better world)
gods (ascended angels)
monsters (creatures that are difficult to describe)
ghouls (dead people who retained their bodies)
werewolves (any creature capable of transforming into a human in a European manner or vice versa)
ghosts (previously living beings whose souls have not found peace)
guardian spirits (most often, the soul of a deceased being takes on a new, more suitable form and is appointed a new guardian spirit)
Valerns (a warlike race. They are sometimes mistaken for demons. They have jet-black skin and eyes of various colors. Their hair also varies widely, from black and white to red. They often wear ceremonial robes depending on their profession. They are usually two to three times taller than the average human.)
Sirens (animals with human features (usually mermaids or birds with human heads))
Immortals (any race (except gods and angels) that is incapable of dying. They are unaffected by age, and wounds heal instantly)

The council consists of one immortal representative of each race.

1. Elf - Urshon. Dark-skinned elf with long hair. Patron of equality and order. Black eyes.
2. Goblin - Shurk. ​​A taller, more inverted goblin who doesn't hunch over and is about the height of a human. Black hair pulled back into a bun. Terribly greedy and sneaky. Patron of deception and greed.
3. 1. Forest creature (peaceful) - Olfen. A revived mushroom that has evolved into a human-like form with a distorted appearance. Dirty white hair, white skin, beady eyes, and a missing nose and mouth. 2. Male forest creature (hunter) - Kryg. Akin to a living wooden werewolf. Has features of both a human and a wolf covered in dark oak. An elongated wolf muzzle, dense black eyes with red pupils. Patrons of nature and natural phenomena.
4. Human (female) - Noel. A stately woman with a curvaceous figure. 180 cm tall. Black hair, normal skin, blue eyes. Patron of industriousness and agriculture (the last to appear on the council, as humans had to wait millennia for an immortal being to emerge, one who would also have abilities distinct from humans).
5. Dwarf - Gorcinius (male). A dwarf with a broader build. His muscles would surpass any other dwarf. He carries his own hammer. His eyes are covered by massive eyebrows. He has light blond hair. He wears armor. He is the patron of victory.
6. Demon - Oreng (male). A very tall and massive creature. Resembles a man almost 4 meters tall. Long black hair reaching the floor, red eyes. Three massive horns on his head. Patron of vice.
7. God - Lodneya (female). Cloud-light hair, a bandage over her white eyes. Three massive wings with macaw feathers on her back.
8. Monster - Bougie. Similar to a praying mantis, but black in color and crooked in places. Its figure only partially resembles a man, distorted in an unnatural position and with unnatural limbs. Patron of all living things.

9. Ghoul - Stepanov (Male). A formerly dead Elf. His skin is brown from drinking blood. His head is bald. His eyes are sunken and gray. He has sharp claws on his hands and feet. He is thin. He is the patron of the hunt.
10. Werewolf - Varnius (male). A dragon with a human appearance. An aquatic dragon with blue and gold scales. In human form, he is well-built, with wavy blue hair. His skin is light, covered in scales in places. Two white horns adorn his head. His tail is completely covered in scales. His eyes are completely black with a golden pupil. Patron of fate and good fortune.
11. Ghost - Royana (Girl). Appears as a translucent young woman. Her legs become transparent as she approaches the floor. She is completely gray in color, and her eyes are permanently closed. Patron of the cycle of life and guide of souls.
12. Patron Spirit - Kluren (male). Patron of the universe. He has the traits of many of us and is able to change shape, like other spirits. His normal appearance is more like a humanoid beast. Patron of guardian spirits and the universe.
13. Valern - Roci'Zhoger'Pakor (male). 5 meters tall. Wears light-colored cloaks and carries a gleaming ritual blade. He has red and white eyes. His hair ranges from black to blood red. Patron of war and discord.
14. Siren - Sirin (female). A phoenix bird with a blue flame and the head of a beautiful woman. Protector of truth and sleep.
