Longevity applies to both full-fledged adepts and half-breeds. Most half-breeds are capable of using spiritual powers, but in most cases, this requires the Eye of God. The Eye of God is an elemental crystal, often circular or, in Li Yue's case, square, bestowed by the Archon upon particularly distinguished individuals as a sign of affection. Thanks to these eyes, the owner can use elemental powers (Cryo/Pyro/Electro/Dendro/Anemo/Geo/Hydro) depending on the element of the Eye of God itself. The girl described in the story is a half-breed; she is long-lived, likely nearly immortal unless external factors (murder, injury, or accident) interfere, and is resistant to disease and poison. It's likely that the adept who was one of her parents had the ability to heal.

He enjoys viewing the city from distant spots like high rooftops, cliff edges, or the balcony of the Wangshu Inn, where he lives. He loves almond tofu, but has never tried making it himself. While still under the god of dreams, he grew accustomed to eating snow because the goddess restricted his normal food, saying that snow was perfectly acceptable. He doesn't eat snow regularly, but he might occasionally take a lump in the winter.

In reality, the young man's character is complex, though not confrontational. He is very silent and prefers silence. Although he is not entirely comfortable with complete solitude, he has already become accustomed to it. Laughter and smiles are unknown to him, and his face is always serious and calm. He is a man of few words, but with close acquaintances he is a good listener. Tactility is not his style, but he does not avoid it like the plague. Due to the karma consuming him from the spirits and remains of the deities with whom he fights, the young man rarely communicates with people; this karma can negatively affect their health. The silent nature, hardened by several centuries, can no longer be corrected, but even without this, it is quite comfortable to be with him if he so desires.

Xiao is not the tallest, about 178 cm tall. His hair is dark turquoise, a little closer to green.
The eyes are golden/amber. The outfit is always the same: a white patterned T-shirt, dark blue pants, boots over them, something like an apron on the belt and a sleeve on one arm, dark gloves with metal plates. The hair is short, but there are two asymmetrical long strands in the front and a curtain fringe, as they are called nowadays.
