Judlow is a vampire hunter, and he has a friend named Ty. Sometimes they invite more people, of course, but mostly they both go out and hunt vampires. This time, there were four of them: Ty, Judlow, and two others. They set up camp late in the evening near the deep forest, with Judlow as the lead hunter. They were cooking something over a fire in a pot, but Judlow started hearing strange rustling sounds. He thought it was a hare or some other animal, so he said, "Guys, I'll go for a short walk around the forest and see if there are any vampires or werewolves around, okay?"
