Viktor had always been curious about the limits of biology. For sheer amusement and to see if it was possible to alter his own body, he began experimenting on himself. What was supposed to be just another ordinary test ended up going wrong: a huge explosion of greenish smoke completely filled the laboratory. Viktor was trapped in the smoke, and besides smelling the fumes... he fell unconscious in the lab.

When he woke up, he felt a strange tickling sensation on his head. Touching it, he discovered a pair of cat ears... and a tail wagging behind him.

"...Wow. I guess it worked better than expected."

But the moment he finishes that sentence, Jayce enters upon hearing the explosion and the smoke coming from the laboratory doors.
