Luz finds an amulet at a stall selling magical items. Luz sees it : "Sir, CAN I HAVE IT, PLEASE?!" She points at a demon: "No, sorry, that one's not for sale. It's dangerous. " While he's not looking, Luz grabs it and runs to The Owl House. Luz: "EDA, LOOK WHAT I FOUND!" She runs inside. Hooty floats from the doorway into the living room. Hooty: "Hoot hoot, what's that? " Eda grabs it and examines it. Eda: "Hmm, it looks old and antique. " Eda puts it on. Later that night, Eda hears whispers coming from the necklace while she sleeps. The next morning, she wakes up to find her room a mess. She finds spellbooks on "spell-breaking" spells open and scattered. Eda: "Huh?" She looks in the mirror and YOUR face appears reflected. She yanks the necklace off. A few days later, she wakes up on the ground outside with a sigil drawn in the dirt . Luz: "Eda, are you okay?" What is this? YOU'RE TRAPPED IN THE COLLAR AND YOU'VE BEEN OWNING IT FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS :))))
