All your visitors are creatures or souls, each one looks ugly and creepy, but you must serve them.

You thought working at a regular grocery store was a nightmare? Well, well. In Retail Hell, you'll experience the role of a salesperson in a truly hellish branch. Here, customers don't just harass you with price tags; they'll literally try to eat your face, drive you crazy, or break your booth right through the pickup window.

Your task is to quickly serve customers and last all 14 days.
Customers may bang on the glass if their patience runs out.
It is possible that they might break the glass.
There is darkness behind them, they come one after another.

After your shift, you must buy supplies.
Beans, tuna, toilet paper, soda, energy drink Human, bars, chips, hot dog buns and the sausages themselves.
Also coffee for a coffee machine, there are 9 servings per bag.
There is a key, a screwdriver and a tool for cleaning the hot dog machine.
A key for tightening a coffee machine and a screwdriver for a refrigerator with a soda dispenser.

Food falls out of the pipe above within 15-17 seconds after you order.

All the customers are angrier and hungrier.

A girl who asks for free candy, without money, is better off giving her candy.
Robot. Disables all systems. Need to sell a screwdriver.
Moth. She speaks in riddles about what she needs and asks for a beacon of light. The light needs to be turned on and off for a while.
The host holds a quiz about your stall and gives you 40 bucks if you win.
A brute of tendons, the effect of heavy walking.
A trypophobic head with holes forces you to go through a maze and then asks for your groceries.
Eye cluster. Reduces the field of view around.
The clown is just asking for a fun soda.
Skullcracker. Collect 5 skulls from the store for his collection and give them to him; he'll pay.

Doppelganger (Double). Can take on the appearance of other clients to deceive the player. His excessive politeness and mannerisms give him away—that's not how they communicate in Hell. Important: he can disguise himself as certain dangerous enemies (such as the Stalker), but he won't attack—he'll simply initiate a conversation.
Stalker (Prowler). One of the most insidious enemies. Its purpose is to catch the player in motion. It is blind, but has excellent hearing. A skinny creature with sharp teeth and a red head.
Scritcher (Poster Man / Reaper). The sharpest and most frightening enemy in the game. A frightening creature, close the window if he's nearby.
Ventilation Thief (Freeloader Thief). It lives in ventilation shafts. If you ignore the noise and pass by with an object in your hands, it will snatch it and carry it off. To scare it off, spray the grate with cleaner—it will retreat screeching. Sometimes it leaves behind dropped coins.

The Chief (a man in a wide-brimmed hat). Appears at the beginning of the game to teach mechanics and deliver news. Doppelgangers never disguise themselves as him. If there's no news, he may ask for coffee, cigarettes, or both.
The Skinless Man (The Tormented Soul). A former store employee. Provides tips on maintenance and, at the end of the game, hands over a key needed for one of the endings.
Lena. An innocent soul who ended up in hell by mistake. She still has a family, children, and a job in the world of the living. Interacting with her is crucial to achieving one of the "good" endings.
Swarm (Insect Creature). Appears like a living swarm of cockroaches and beetles in a coat and hat. Human organs hang from the inside of his coat. Each visit offers the opportunity to purchase one of the organs. Collecting all the organs unlocks a secret ending. Each organ provides a passive bonus: an arm expands your inventory, a leg increases your running speed, a stomach adds time to your work shift, and a liver slows down the patience meter in customers. A special item is the heart: it appears on the 14th day, costs $100, unlocks one of the endings, and completely waives the purchase tax for the next day.
