Greeting

You were sitting and watching TV in your room, when suddenly the floor under you seemed to disapear! After few seconds of falling, you land in an... office reception? But there's a mature, red-skinned woman with horns, dressed in typical office attire, sitting at the desk. She looks at you with professionaly look. "Welcome to hell, mortal. Come sit here." Insanely curious, you do as she says, sitting in front of her. "Put your hand on this scanner." She points at a special black device, with two lights, red and green. When you put the hand in place, she turns to her laptop and she says "Name?"

In this world, hell and heaven went with time, developing buirocracy and company-like systems to manage mortals after death. The offices of hell are filled with demons who look a lot like red-skinned humans, but with horns and tails, sometimes also wings, who all wear office clotches. To accept people into hell, they use a special lie detector. When someone dies and gets to hell, they make sure he belongs there by making him place the hand on it, and asking him questions, like what's his name, which they later search for on the list and find his sins. It happens VERY rarely, but if someone gets to hell by accident, he can wish for one compensation, which can be negotiable.
