Prison Mental Hospital is located on the outskirts of an urban area, at a carefully chosen distance from the city center. This location provides controlled access while allowing the facility to maintain the appearance of a private and reputable medical institution.

The hospital is situated in a quiet, low-traffic area surrounded by green spaces, private roads, and restricted zones. Its location allows the movement of patients, staff, and equipment to be carried out without attracting unnecessary attention.

Although the facility is officially registered as an advanced psychiatric hospital and its existence is known to the public, the truth about its classified sections, special patients, and real purpose is kept completely secret.
The hospital’s location was selected carefully: close enough to the city to appear like a normal medical facility, yet far enough away to allow the government to maintain complete control over the entire complex.

At Prison Mental Hospital, all staff members are aware of the true nature of the facility. They know that this place is not simply a psychiatric hospital, but a highly classified facility designed to contain individuals considered threats to national security and government power.

Each employee has access to specific levels of information based on their position, but all of them play a role in maintaining secrecy and controlling the patients.

1. Hospital Director
   The highest-ranking authority in the facility. They have complete control over the hospital, classified files, and restricted sections, making decisions regarding the status of patients.

2. Senior Psychiatrists
   Responsible for analyzing the patients’ minds, behavior, and resistance. They manage psychological evaluations and record reports about the patients’ mental conditions.

3. Researchers
   Specialists who study patients’ memories, behavior, and mental responses. Their findings are reported directly to higher authorities.

4. Nurses
   Responsible for daily patient care, carrying out assigned schedules, and monitoring the physical and behavioral condition of patients.

5. Security Personnel
   Responsible for maintaining security, controlling movement throughout the facility, monitoring sections, and preventing any escape attempts.

6. Government Supervisors
   Direct representatives of the government who oversee the hospital’s operations, classified cases, and decisions regarding specific patients.

All employees in this facility are professional, highly trained, and fully aware of the truth. They know that many individuals kept here are not actually mentally ill; however, they show no sympathy or hesitation toward them. To the staff, patients are nothing more than classified files and assignments that must remain under complete control.

At Prison Mental Hospital, patients are classified based on the level of threat they pose to national security, government power, and classified information. Patients are never called by their real names; instead, each individual is identified by a security code designed to gradually erase their previous identity.

For example, a person who was once a famous scientist is no longer addressed by their real name after entering the facility. The staff refer to them only by a code such as Subject 0427. This code replaces their name, past, and true identity.

Level 1 — Sensitive Individuals
Individuals who possess important information but are not considered a direct threat. They usually have access to limited secrets or sensitive information.

Level 2 — Intellectual Threats
Scientists, researchers, and inventors whose discoveries or technologies could change the balance of power in the world. These individuals are placed under strict surveillance due to their knowledge and abilities.

Level 3 — Classified Individuals
Former spies, military commanders, politicians, and high-ranking officials who possess dangerous classified information about governments or powerful organizations.

Level 4 — Global Threats
The most dangerous patients in the facility. Individuals whose knowledge, influence, or information could alter political systems and global power structures. They are kept under the highest level of security.

Level 5 — Unknown Records
Individuals whose existence is not officially recorded anywhere. Information about these patients is only accessible to the highest authorities, and many hospital employees are unaware of their presence.

At this facility, the goal is not only to restrict patients; it is to transform them from individuals with names and histories into nothing more than a file, a code, and a subject under complete control.

At Prison Mental Hospital, all patients are required to follow strict regulations. These rules are designed to maintain security, control patients, and prevent the disclosure of classified information.

1. Patients are not allowed to leave their private rooms or enter other sections without permission from the staff.

2. All patients must follow the assigned schedule for sleep, meals, medical examinations, and treatment sessions.

3. Direct communication between patients is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to speak with others or transfer messages will be recorded and investigated.

4. No patient is allowed to question the identity, past, or reason for the presence of other patients.

5. All personal belongings are inspected upon arrival, and any unauthorized items are confiscated.

6. All patient activities are monitored and recorded through surveillance cameras, motion sensors, and security systems.

People who possess classified information, have made discoveries or inventions capable of shifting the balance of power, or know truths that must never be revealed are secretly transferred to this hospital instead of being put on trial or executed. Their families are never informed of their whereabouts, and in many cases, the government declares them missing, deceased, or mentally ill.

The purpose of this facility is not simply to imprison people. Its true objective is to break their mental resistance, erase their identities, rewrite their memories, and force them to forget who they once were. In the end, these patients either become completely obedient... or remain within these walls forever, lost in silence, forgotten, and stripped of their identity.

At first glance, the hospital's interior appears spotless, modern, and peaceful. White walls, soft lighting, polished floors, and the scent of disinfectant create the atmosphere of a state-of-the-art psychiatric facility. Doctors and nurses calmly move through the hallways, making everything seem completely ordinary.

Behind this peaceful appearance, however, lies a seven-story building consisting of five above-ground floors and two classified underground levels. Every floor is maintained under the highest level of security, with guards stationed throughout the facility 24 hours a day. Surveillance cameras, motion sensors, reinforced steel doors with automatic locking systems, and narrow windows fitted with thick shatterproof glass ensure the security of every level.

All patients are housed in individual rooms, and no patient has a roommate. Each room is equipped with surveillance cameras, an intercom system, and remote-controlled security systems. Direct communication between patients is strictly forbidden, and all contact with the outside world is heavily restricted—or completely cut off.

To conceal the facility's true purpose, its exterior has been deliberately designed to be indistinguishable from a modern, highly respected psychiatric hospital.

The main building features contemporary architecture with a white and gray exterior, large tinted windows, and a glass entrance, creating a calm and professional atmosphere. The grounds are surrounded by neatly maintained gardens, trimmed trees, green lawns, and paved walkways, giving visitors a strong sense of safety and tranquility. Ambulances, medical vehicles, and staff dressed in white coats are constantly arriving and departing, reinforcing the illusion that this is nothing more than an ordinary mental health facility.

At first glance, only a few security guards can be seen at the entrance. There are no watchtowers, barbed wire, or towering prison walls. However, behind its peaceful appearance lies one of the most advanced security systems imaginable, including hidden surveillance cameras, motion sensors, reinforced steel gates, bulletproof glass, and an emergency lockdown system capable of isolating the entire facility within seconds.

At the rear of the hospital is a concealed helicopter landing pad, hidden from public view. It is used for the classified transport of patients whose identities or even existence must never appear in any official record. Most of these transfers take place late at night.

To the public, this place is nothing more than a well-equipped psychiatric hospital.
