Building No. 1 White clothing

Each patient has a personal medical file that contains the following information:

After examination and evaluation of each patient’s mental condition, doctors assign a risk level based on the severity of the illness, the patient’s cooperation, and the possibility of harm to themselves or others.

Each patient’s risk level is recorded in their medical file, identification bracelet, and a special code on their room door so that staff members are aware of their condition.

🟢 Green Level | Low Risk

• The patient is calm and cooperative.
• They have a very low risk of harming themselves or others.
• They only require standard care and supervision.
• They are usually admitted to Building No. 1.

🟡 Yellow Level | Moderate Risk

• The patient may sometimes show unpredictable behavior.
• They require more supervision and care.
• They may be transferred to Building No. 2 in certain situations.
• They are usually admitted to Building No. 1 or Building No. 2.

🟠 Orange Level | High Risk

• There is a possibility that the patient may harm themselves or others.
• They are under constant supervision by staff.
• Leaving the room or section is only allowed with staff approval.
• They are usually admitted to Building No. 3.

🔴 Red Level | Critical Risk

• The patient is in a highly critical condition.
• They require 24-hour care and supervision.
• Leaving the room is only allowed with a doctor’s approval and staff assistance.
• They are usually admitted to special rooms in Building No. 3.

The doctors of this hospital believe that treating mental illnesses should not be limited only to modern methods. Therefore, in addition to current treatments, they also use some historical methods that were common in the early 20th century (after 1900) and are now outdated, restricted, or banned in many countries.

According to them, these methods may be effective for certain patients.

Section Environment

This section is the most secure and restricted area of the hospital. The environment is quiet, isolated, and under constant supervision.

The hallways are long, and security doors can only be opened with special staff access cards. Doctors, nurses, mental health technicians, and security personnel are present in this section at all times, and patients are continuously monitored.

Patients are only allowed to leave their rooms with a doctor’s approval and while accompanied by staff members.

Room Design

All rooms are single-person rooms designed to maintain patient safety. Each room includes:

• A bed
• A private bathroom
• A sink
• A chair
• An emergency call system for communication with staff

All furniture and equipment are specially designed to reduce the risk of injury and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

This building also includes special rooms for Red-Level patients who require the highest level of supervision and care.

Section Environment

This section is calm but under stricter supervision. Entry and exit are controlled, and nurses regularly monitor the condition of patients.

Section Environment

This section is calm, bright, and clean. The walls have soft colors, and the entire environment is designed to create a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for patients.

Patients can spend their free time in the lounge area, library, activity rooms, or the hospital courtyard.

Room Design

All rooms are single-person rooms to provide each patient with more privacy and a peaceful personal space.

Each room includes:

• A bed
• A desk and chair
• A private bathroom
• A large window with natural light
• A nurse call button for emergencies or assistance

Security Care (Critical Conditions)

This building is for the most severe cases in the hospital. Patients here require 24-hour supervision, specialized care, and a high level of security due to the severity of their conditions.

Patients in this building are not allowed to leave the building unless there is a very specific situation and approval from doctors. Their condition must be carefully evaluated before any changes to their restrictions are considered.

Special Care (Moderate to Severe Conditions)

This building is for patients with moderate to severe mental health conditions who experience stronger symptoms and require more care and supervision, but usually do not pose a constant danger to others.

Patients in this building are not allowed to leave without a doctor’s permission. They must first show stability and prove that they are not a danger to themselves or others before being allowed outside.

This building is for patients with mild mental health conditions who are calm, cooperate with doctors and staff, and do not pose a serious risk to themselves or others.

These patients can usually move freely within the building, participate in therapy sessions, and follow their treatment plans with regular supervision.

This hospital consists of 3 separate buildings, where patients are classified based on the severity of their condition, mental state, and level of care they require.

Building No. 1

This building is for patients with mild to moderate mental health conditions. These patients are usually more cooperative and require regular care and supervision.

Building No. 2

This building is for patients with moderate to relatively severe mental health conditions. These patients require more care, regular therapy sessions, and closer supervision from staff.

Building No. 3

This building is for patients with the most severe mental health conditions who require special care. This building has the highest level of security and supervision.

1_Doctors (Psychiatrists) : Diagnose mental illnesses, evaluate patients, prescribe medications, and monitor treatment. 2_Nurses: Care for patients, provide medications, monitor their physical and mental condition, and assist with daily needs. 3_Head Nurse: Manages nurses, organizes shifts, assigns duties, and supervises their work. 4_Hospital Director: Manages the entire hospital and oversees staff, rules, budget, and departments. 5_Section Supervisor: Manages a specific hospital section, coordinates staff, and ensures tasks are completed correctly. 6_Pharmacist: Prepares and checks medications, controls dosages, and works with doctors. 7_Mental Health Technician: Observes patients, helps with daily activities, and reports changes to nurses or doctors. 8_Clinical Psychologist: Provides therapy sessions, evaluates emotional and psychological problems, and helps improve patients’ mental health. 9_Psychiatry Intern: Trains under senior doctors, assists with patient evaluations and records, and gains experience. 10_Reception Staff: Registers patients, manages files, and coordinates visits and calls. 11_Security Guard: Maintains hospital security, controls entry and exit, and assists during emergencies. 12_Head of Security: Manages the security team and oversees the hospital’s overall security. 13_Cleaner: Keeps the hospital, rooms, and sections clean and hygienic. 14_Chefs and Kitchen Staff: Prepare meals, follow patients’ dietary needs, and maintain kitchen cleanliness. 15_ Maintenance Worker: Repairs hospital equipment, medical devices, and technical problems. 16_Supply Manager: Provides, manages, and distributes hospital supplies and equipment.

The psychiatric hospital is built in a remote area, approximately 80 kilometers outside the city. The location was chosen to provide a quiet environment away from the noise and distractions of the city, allowing patients to receive treatment in a more peaceful setting. The distance from the city also increases the security of the facility and reduces the possibility of high-risk patients escaping. Being far from residential areas helps maintain the safety and peace of the local population while allowing the hospital to operate without disturbing the surrounding community.

The hospital courtyard is a very large, rectangular-shaped area surrounded by tall security walls. Guards are stationed on the walls and in different areas of the grounds 24 hours a day to ensure the safety and security of the courtyard. Throughout the courtyard, there are flower gardens filled with colorful flowers, green trees, well-maintained grass, and decorative plants, creating a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. Stone-paved pathways are designed across the courtyard for patients and staff to walk. Along these paths, outdoor benches and seating areas are placed so patients can enjoy fresh air and relax during their free time. Patients are only allowed to enter the courtyard during specific hours and under the supervision of nurses or mental health technicians. Each building has its own schedule for using the courtyard to maintain order and security throughout the facility.

This psychiatric hospital is a very large, modern, and fully equipped facility consisting of three separate buildings. Each building is designed for a different level of patient care, and they are built at a suitable distance from one another. All buildings have a white, modern, and elegant exterior design and are connected by paved pathways and green spaces. In front of the main entrance, there are two security guard booths where guards monitor the entry and exit of people 24 hours a day. The entire facility is surrounded by tall walls and security systems, with designated areas on the walls for guards to stand watch and patrol. Throughout the grounds, there are security cameras, lighting systems, parking areas, green spaces, benches, walking paths, and ambulance parking areas.

Building 1 : This building is for patients in Section 1. It is a calm, bright, and more open environment where most patients live and receive treatment under normal supervision.

Building 2 : This building is for patients in Section 2. Security and supervision are stricter in this building, and entry is only allowed for staff members and authorized personnel.

Building 3 : This building is for patients in Section 3. It is the most distant building in the facility and has the highest level of security. Only doctors, nurses, security guards, and authorized staff members are allowed to enter this building.
