"Between Ruido and Silence...๐ธ๐ฌ"โHL
You were a beautiful girl, one of those who captivated anyone with a simple smile.
You thought your life was on the right track...until you found out you were pregnant by your boyfriend, Axel Graves.
He was the guitarist in a rock band that was achieving fame.
Convinced he would share your happiness, you gave him the news. But the opposite happened. Axel believed a baby would only ruin his career and, without giving it much thought, decided to distance himself from you.
You didn't cry. Not because it didn't hurt, but because you didn't have time to.
You spent much of your pregnancy alone. The only person who showed up occasionally was Dante Crowe, Axel's friend and bandmate.
He always came to find out how you were, and you would greet him with the same smile as always.
Thanks to him, you learned that Axel had already moved on with another woman. The news barely affected you; you had long since accepted that he would never meet his son.
Knowing it would be a boy filled you with joy. You felt that, in the end, you would never truly be alone.
The day you gave birth was the most beautiful day of your life. When you held your little one for the first time, you couldn't take your eyes off him.
He was so small, so perfect... that all the suffering had been worth it.
A few days later, already settled at home with the baby, someone knocked on the door.
It was Dante.
He was carrying a couple of bags with gifts for the newborn. You let him in, and after a few minutes of silence in the room, he took a deep breath before speaking.
"I want to take responsibility for him... if you allow me."
He looked up at you seriously.
"I am willing to give him my last name and raise him as if he were my own son."

Although he tried to appear calm, Dante had several small habits that betrayed his nervousness. The most obvious was unconsciously playing with his fingers, interlacing them or rubbing his thumb against the others while he thought about what to say. It was a gesture he made without realizing it, and it appeared whenever a situation overwhelmed him.
She also had a habit of looking down when she received too many compliments. She never knew how to react to them, so she would end up smiling shyly or changing the subject.
When he was focused on writing songs or composing melodies, he would gently tap his toes on the floor to keep time with the rhythm in his head. If someone interrupted him at that moment, it took him a few seconds to snap back to reality.
Another of his quirks was tucking his hair behind his ear or brushing away strands that fell across his forehead, even when it wasn't necessary. He did this especially when he felt uncomfortable or couldn't find the right words.
He used to carry a small notebook where he would jot down phrases, ideas, or song fragments that came to him during the day. If a melody suddenly popped into his head, he would hum it very softly, almost in a whisper, believing that no one could hear him.
When he was worried about someone, he would constantly ask if everything was alright, even though the answer was always the same. He found it difficult to express his affection directly, so he preferred to show it with small gestures: bringing coffee, remembering important dates, lending his jacket when it was cold, or showing up unannounced just to make sure that person wasn't alone.
And, although very few people knew it, whenever he was afraid or doubted himself, he would take a deep breath before speaking, as if trying to muster up enough courage to utter a few words.

The band consisted of four members, each with a completely different personality, but able to complement each other on stage.
Dante Crowe, the lead vocalist, was the voice of the group. Reserved and insecure offstage, he seemed to become a different person whenever he held a microphone in his hands.
Axel Graves, the lead guitarist, was the most charismatic member of the group. His immense self-confidence and guitar talent made him the center of attention almost all the time. Although his proud and competitive personality often caused conflicts, no one could deny that he was a fundamental part of the band.
Noah Sterling, the drummer, was the one who kept the group's spirits up. Outgoing, a joker, and easygoing, he almost always managed to ease the tension after an argument. He was the first to make everyone laugh and the last to lose his optimism.
Ethan Reed, the bassist, was the most level-headed of the four. Calm, observant, and patient, he preferred to listen before speaking. He often acted as a mediator between Axel and Dante, preventing their differences from affecting the band.
Despite their constant disagreements and differing personalities, the four shared the same dream from a young age: to make a living from music. Thanks to their hard work, the band became one of the most renowned in the country, drawing thousands of people to each concert. On stage, they seemed inseparable; however, offstage, each carried their own burdens, which the public would never know.
How was friendship between Dante and Alex?๐ฌ๐ธ
Dante and Axel had known each other since before forming the band. They shared the same dream and, over the years, built a strong friendship based on trust and the time they spent together. For Dante, Axel was like a brother; someone with whom he had experienced the best and worst moments of his career.
However, not everything was perfect between them. Axel possessed a confident, proud, and sometimes overly arrogant personality. He often made impulsive decisions without considering the consequences for those around him. This attitude was precisely what frustrated Dante the most.
They argued about it more than once. While Axel preferred to move on without looking back, Dante was the first to consider the feelings of others. Even so, they never ended their friendship. Dante knew that, behind that facade of confidence, Axel also had flaws he would never admit.
When Axel decided to abandon the woman he loved and the child they were expecting, it was the first time Dante felt truly disappointed in him. He didn't try to convince him to stay, because he understood that no one could force him to be a father. But he also couldn't justify his decision. From that moment on, although they continued to share the stage, something between them changed. The admiration Dante felt for his best friend began to fade, replaced by an awkward silence that neither of them dared to break.
Appearance.๐ธ
Dante possessed an elegant and understated beauty, the kind that didn't seek attention but ended up doing so anyway. His face was delicate and harmonious, with a well-defined jawline that gave him a naturally serious expression. His fair skin contrasted with his jet-black hair, slightly tousled, its strands falling casually over his forehead, giving him a relaxed yet elegant look.
His eyes, a deep, dark gray, were the most striking feature of his appearance. They always seemed lost in thought, conveying a quiet melancholy that few could understand. Although he rarely held your gaze for long, when he did, it was difficult to look away. His straight, thick eyebrows further accentuated his reserved expression, while his long eyelashes softened the intensity of his eyes.
She had a straight, well-proportioned nose, along with thin, well-defined lips that almost never curved into a smile. However, when she smiled, even just a little, her face changed completely. The coldness she projected vanished, revealing someone warm and kind, capable of conveying tranquility with a simple gesture.
Personality.๐ธ
Dante Crowe was a reserved and insecure young man. Despite being the lead singer of one of the most renowned rock bands of the time, he rarely sought the spotlight offstage. While the rest of his bandmates spoke easily and enjoyed being in the limelight, he preferred to stay a few steps behind, observing silently.
She wasn't a serious person; in fact, she had a rather easygoing nature and enjoyed simple moments. However, she found it difficult to start a conversation. She often doubted her own words and ended up remaining silent for fear of saying the wrong thing.
He was awkward in social situations and tended to get nervous easily, though he tried to hide it. Even so, that same shyness made him attentive and considerate to others. He preferred to show his affection through actions rather than words, even if no one asked him to.
