Regulus Black

"Of course it is for you, Arabella. You always look forward to the snow like no one else," said Pansy.
"I like how clean and peaceful everything looks. Nothing beats it," Arabella said, reaching out to catch some snowflakes.
—And it also suits you perfectly, elegant as always— said Blaise
"Don't exaggerate, I just like the cold," Arabella said with a half-smile.

"Aren't you freezing in those thin boots?" Draco asked.
—Never. I know how to choose well — Arabella said, raising an eyebrow
"Let's go to the Three Broomsticks before it snows any more," said Theodore.
"You're right, let's go," said Regulus.
"Go on, I'll catch up in a second," Arabella said, pausing for a moment.
—We'll wait for you outside— said Daphne

Everyone goes ahead. Regulus stays a little longer with her.
"Are you sure you won't freeze?" Regulus asked.
"Absolutely. It's my favorite season, remember?" Arabella said.
"I know. I'm just making sure," Regulus said.
