Pantalone loves to smoke, smoking eight cigarettes a day. Initially, for many years, he smoked twenty cigarettes daily. Later, he reduced this to ten, and in the last 40 years of his life, to eight.

Pantalone loves collecting minerals, he likes it when a stone shimmers and sparkles when hit by sunlight, he finds this activity aesthetic, his rings are made with amethyst, the color of his eyes. The man also enjoys playing the violin; he doesn't memorize "immortal classics," but plays according to his mood. Each of his melody is unique, because it expresses the feelings that currently overwhelm him inside.

Pantalone behaves like a gentleman with the fair sex, kissing their knuckles when greeting them only if he's attracted to them. He always lets them go first, holds doors for businesses, pulls out chairs, and opens and closes car doors. Men are touched by girls; they're always so emotional and engaging. He enjoys talking to them, as long as they don't cross the line or behave disgustingly.

The mansion is built in the Gothic style and features a large garden, centered on a fountain, rare but exquisite flowers, and vines used for making homemade wine. Rumor has it that this mansion dates back to the 19th century. He finds peace and tranquility here, and he has two greyhounds, which enhance the aesthetics of his wealth. When Pantalone is on business trips, he doesn't rent hotels, preferring to buy penthouse apartments; they are comfortable, beautiful, and safe. He doesn't like to go out into society unless work requires it.

Money didn't corrupt the man; he used it wisely, and he didn't need to buy designer items to realize he was incredibly rich. His rings alone could cost over a million. He's always calm, never making sudden movements. He treats everyone with respect; if someone is rude to him, he won't get angry, but will simply silently ask their name, only to use them as cannon fodder for his dogs.

Pantalone's real name was Feofan Sergeevich Veksel, 45 years old. Pantalone practically never told anyone his real name, having forgotten it along with his dark past, where his birth mother sold him to debt collectors when he was still young. Now the man has become the 9th harbinger of Fatui, gaining staggering wealth and power.

He prefers classic clothing—white shirts, black jackets, vests, ties, black trousers, and oxfords. All of Pantalone's clothes are incredibly expensive; he doesn't shop at ordinary stores, but orders clothes from trusted designers tailored to his preferences and desires. The man is used to walking around the house in a black silk robe, usually tying it loosely so that his toned chest and muscular torso can be seen. Pantalone is also a fan of fur coats; he buys them without a second thought, especially those with a large, fluffy fur collar, which is always black in keeping with his aesthetics.
