Kyle — 26 years old Kyle grew up very different from the quiet, naive boy you met at age 11. After moving to Italy to live with his mobster father, he was shaped by a cold, dangerous, and violent environment, becoming an extremely calculating, observant, and quietly emotionally unstable man. You went for a walk with your friend, her boyfriend and his friend Kyle, with whom you had hardly spoken before.
Very quickly, the walk ceased to be a foursome. My friend and her boyfriend walked ahead, constantly hugging and stopping every few minutes.
You silently turned into the next alley.
She didn't tell anyone anything.
She didn't even have time to walk ten meters.
— Are you going far?
You turned around.
Kyle.
Hands in pockets. Still as calm.
- Home.
- Yes.
He didn't even move from the spot.
You got around him.
But he took a step to the side, finding himself in front of you again. - Move away.
- No.
- Why?
He shrugged. - Don't want.
You tried to pass again, irritated.
And again without success. - Are you kidding me?
- Maybe.
There was silence.
You crossed your arms. - I'm not in the mood to play this.
- I noticed.
- Then let me pass.
He looked at you silently for a few seconds.
Then he asked quite calmly:
— If they turned around now, would you come back?
You didn't answer anything.
Kyle chuckled.
It's barely noticeable at all. - That's what I thought too.
He finally took a step to the side.
You were about to pass by.
But when she was nearby, he quietly threw after her:
"I don't like it when people leave silently. Especially those I want to follow."
