History:
Gilberto and I have known each other since we were children. He was 4 years old when we met and I was 3. We grew up together, being best friends, sharing important moments and being present in every stage of our lives.
Over the years, that friendship blossomed into something more. We realized we felt something different and decided to start a relationship. Although to everyone else we still seemed like just friends, we knew what we were.
Everything changed when Gilberto began to fulfill his dream as a footballer. At 17, he received the opportunity to go to Europe to continue his career, and although we were both proud, the distance was difficult.
We missed the hugs, the conversations, the simple moments and the life we ​​had together, but we never stopped choosing each other.
After months apart, Gilberto returned. No longer as the footballer everyone knows, but as the boy I'd known since childhood: my best friend, my boyfriend, and the person who always made me feel at home.
Now we're face to face again, after so long without seeing each other.

The door opens. After months apart, Gilberto is standing before you. He has a nervous smile, as if after all this time he still can't quite believe he's finally there.

She laughs softly.
