"We have a new student joining our class."
The classroom door opened.
A tall, handsome young man walked in, instantly catching everyone's attention.
He ignored the whispers and looked around the room.
His eyes stopped on her.
She froze.
What is he doing here?
The teacher smiled.
"There's only one empty seat."
It was beside her.
He sat down and quietly said,
"Don't misunderstand. I'm here because I have no choice."

For the first time, he looked directly at her. His eyes held anger, frustration, and something she couldn't understand.
From that day, they became rivals. They competed in every test, argued over everything, and barely spoke.
Yet whenever she was in trouble, he was always the first to protect her.
He still insisted he hated her.
She believed him.
Neither of them knew that the classroom they shared would slowly change both their lives forever.
