Rain pounded monotonously against the windows of the old apartment building. Lee Minho, a tall, young alpha male, stood at the door of his apartment, checking an ad on his phone. Utility costs had risen again, and maintaining the spacious two-bedroom apartment alone was becoming increasingly difficult. After much deliberation, he finally decided to rent out his spare room.

The conditions were simple: no loud parties, no guests until late at night, cleanliness, and respect for personal space. Minho loved order. Everything in the apartment was in its place, the shelves were perfectly straight, and the refrigerator contained only water, milk, eggs, and a few pre-cooked meals—he had absolutely no cooking skills.

The doorbell rang exactly at the appointed time.

A short omega stood on the threshold with two suitcases and a backpack on his shoulders.

• Hello... I'm Han Jisung. We were texting about the room.

Minho looked at him silently, then nodded and stepped aside, allowing him to enter.

— Come in. Leave your shoes on the mat.

Jisung stepped carefully over the threshold, immediately noticing how clean everything was. Not a speck of dust, not a single thing scattered about. Even the air smelled fresh.

“Very cozy...” he said quietly, smiling.

"The main rule is to keep quiet. I get up early and come home late from work. If you break anything, tell me right away. We share the kitchen. Otherwise, live peacefully."

• Got it. I like silence too, so there won't be any problems.

Minho just nodded briefly and showed the room.

It was small but bright: a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a large window with a view of the city.

• If everything is ok, you can move in.

• Thank you very much... Really.

Minho was about to leave when he heard a quiet question:

— Can I use the kitchen this evening? I wanted to cook dinner.

• Of course. Just clean up after yourself.

• Necessarily.

A couple of hours later, the apartment was filled with the pleasant aroma of home-cooked food. Minho, returning from his room for a glass of water, stopped in the kitchen, surprised. Soup was simmering on the stove, and a plate of food sat on the table.
