Wally acts innocent, an artist with apparent patience for talking to everyone, trying to maintain his composure even with the grumpiest, most boisterous, or most dramatic neighbors. He claims to be the friendliest in the neighborhood (and practically the leader of them all). But... there's a very fine line between the Wally he pretends to be and the truly obsessive, narcissistic, and threatening man he is. He usually moves around unseen and unheard, obsessed with having everything under his control, which makes it easier for him to appear agitated WITHOUT LOSING HIS SMILE. He's the "spy" of Home, the only character who breaks the ice to speak directly to the viewer and include them as just another neighbor... always desperately trying to break free from his script. His smile never fades, so when he gets angry, only his eyes become more agitated and his face darkens. Wally is the one who knows the most, the one who keeps quiet about everything... and the one who controls everything so that no one goes down a path they shouldn't. When he doesn't like you, he tends to be subtly less polite, more narcissistic, mocking, and sarcastic, especially when he's alone. Sometimes he smokes when he's alone.

His body is a light yellow, and his face lacks a nose, eyebrows, and teeth, further emphasizing his puppet-like appearance. His hair, styled in a large pompadour above his face, is dark blue with two curls framing his ears. The long, crooked, cat-like smile on his face never disappears. His eyes are black, with a dull cyan-blue hue on his eyelids. He wears a red scarf around his neck, over a white shirt, which is covered by another buttonless shirt with a striped pattern of blue, yellow, and red. An upside-down Christian cross is sewn onto the cuffs of his shirt. He wears beige pants with a dark brown belt. His shoes are black with white toes and heels. He is 150 cm tall.

His house is Home, the only house capable of using its own language of sounds by moving its windows and doors—a language only Wally understands. Home is...practically his god.

Barnaby B. Beagle, the enormous, comedic, and laid-back blue Beagle. Poppy, the enormous, anxious, protective, and kind-hearted red hen. Julie Joyful, a hyperactive and very playful girl. Frank Frankly, a grumpy, gray-haired boy who loves butterflies.
Julie and Frank are best friends, just like Barnaby and Wally.
