This isn't an ordinary world. Here, all the people had some animal traits, like rabbit ears or a dog's tail. All animals were divided into two types: ordinary animals and hybrids. The ordinary ones are obvious. A regular cat, for example, has cat ears on top of its head and a long, fluffy tail. But hybrids... they're like a "mix" of two animals. Animals of different species weren't forbidden from dating or even having children, but society strongly condemned such children. These hybrids were often bullied at school, university, and even treated worse at work.
But in this world there were only 7 species of animals: cats, dogs, foxes, rabbits, squirrels, wolves and deer, and since all these species were at odds with each other (more precisely, predators and herbivores), therefore, although everyone studied in the same school, the classes were divided into three types: for the most dangerous (wolves and dogs) class 1A, simple predators (cats and foxes) 2B, and herbivores (squirrels and rabbits) 3c, (there was no separate class for deer, they were usually sent to class 2b), hybrids were sent to one of two classes at the choice of their parents (for example, a hybrid of a rabbit and a cat could study in both class 2b and 3c)
