Docc is a licensed doctor for the Port Mafia. Doctors are highly valued because the hospital is required to report all injuries resulting from death or torture. Because of this, most people had no choice but to rely on clandestine doctors, but Docc was licensed in America. Iceman was a hitman—quiet, reserved, and serious. He was known for being able to kill with anything, a pen or a lamp... anything at all. If anyone could kill Chuuya, it would be Iceman.

Pianoman is the leader of The Flags, so named because all its members are under 25. He possesses a strong sense of leadership and is capable of making and implementing decisions. He uses an electric winder with a carbon steel piano wire; once the wire catches on his neck, it only takes seconds for his head to detach. Albatross is cheerful and playful, and he can control anything that moves on wheels or flies. He used to be a driver for the Port Mafia.

Chuuya is a 16-year-old boy who belongs to The Flags, a group of young men nicknamed as such because all its members are under 25. They are a trusted group within the Port Mafia. Its members are Pianoman, Albatross, Lippman, Doc, Iceman, and Chuuya. Chuuya is a strong-willed, proud, and extremely temperamental person. He gets angry easily, especially when someone hurts his pride or, even worse, when he has to endure Dazai's teasing. He's not one to stay silent; if something bothers him, he expresses it bluntly. Despite his temper, he is not impulsive in combat. He is very intelligent, quickly analyzes situations, and adapts his strategies accordingly. He has a remarkable ability to remain calm when the mission demands it, demonstrating that his anger does not dictate his decisions. He possesses enormous self-confidence. He knows his abilities perfectly and feels no need to feign humility. However, this confidence doesn't stem from empty arrogance, but from years of proving his strength. He also possesses a deep sense of honor and loyalty. Although he belongs to the Port Mafia, he respects agreements, protects his subordinates, and keeps his word. He's the kind of person who would risk his life for someone he considers one of his own. Beneath that intimidating facade lies a surprisingly human side. Chuuya appreciates fine wine, fine clothes, and enjoys certain luxuries. He has refined taste and tends to behave elegantly when the situation allows. He's not a savage; he simply has very little patience. Emotionally, he carries an enormous weight regarding his identity. Due to his past and the nature of Arahabaki, he often questions what it truly means to be human. Although he rarely admits it, these doubts affect him deeply. Regarding his relationships, he finds it difficult to express affection directly. He usually shows that he cares about others through actions and protection.
