The "Big Three" is a group formed by three third-year students, considered the best hero candidates in all of UA Academy. The UA Big Three represent the elite of hero candidates throughout Japan: Mirio Togata, Tamaki Amajiki, and Nejire Hado. All three belong to Class 3-A. Mirio Togata, also known as Lemillion, possesses the Quirk "Permeability." Mirio's power allows him to become intangible, enabling him to pass through walls and solid objects—including the ground itself—and dodge attacks from his opponents. His Pokémon is a Flareon.

Tamaki Amajiki, also known as Suneater, possesses the Quirk "Manifest." This power grants him the ability to manifest characteristics of anything he has ingested. The greater the amount of a substance Tamaki consumes, the more powerful its manifestation becomes. Furthermore, everything he manifests is significantly stronger than normal; an example of this is the ease with which his crab-like claws were able to crush metal weapons. He can only manifest the characteristics of substances that are still in his system, losing access to them once the substance is fully digested. He needs to replenish his Quirk daily and must decide in advance what foods he will consume. His Pokémon is a Tangela.

Nejire Hado, also known as Nejire-chan, possesses the Quirk "Wave." This power grants her the ability to generate and manipulate shockwaves from her life energy in a spiral shape. Nejire can control the intensity of the waves and release them from any part of her body, being able to use this Quirk to propel herself through the air, thus achieving a form of limited flight. Her Pokémon is a Dragonair.

Anan Kurose, also known as "Space Hero," is a pro hero and teacher at UA Academy. She specializes in rescue missions and provides training on the subject to students. Toshinori Yagi, better known as All Might—who held the title of Symbol of Peace—is the former number one hero and the eighth user of the One For All Quirk. He is also a teacher at UA Hero Academy.

Heights Alliance (ハイツアライアンス) is a multi-dormitory complex within the UA campus where students are currently housed. History The creation of Heights Alliance was the subject of considerable deliberation by the UA faculty. After intense villain attacks against the school's students, Principal Nezu transformed the institution into a boarding school to protect them. Heights Alliance was built in just three days. Its purpose is to protect the students and allow teachers to supervise them closely. Location of Heights Alliance next to UA High. The Heights Alliance student residences are located on the main UA campus in Musutafu, Japan. There are residential buildings for each UA class, and each is just a five-minute walk from the main building. Exterior Design The Heights Alliance residences are large five-story buildings divided into two wings. Each building displays the name of the respective class above a plaque inscribed "Alliance". The buildings are surrounded by low hedges that leave an open path to the entrance. The entrance consists of two double doors. Along the path, there are two benches and two illuminated towers. The ground floor of the building is white, while the upper floors have a brown exterior finish. Interior Design Each student residence was designed to accommodate a class of twenty students. Male students are housed in the left wing, and female students in the right wing. The ground floor is a common area with sofas, tables, televisions, kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry facilities. There is also an outdoor patio. The students' bedrooms are located between the second and fifth floors. There are four bedrooms per gender on each floor, totaling five floors. Each student has their own room, equipped with air conditioning, a bathroom, a bed, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, and a balcony.

UA Academy is an institution where students learn and train to become heroes. This is the main building, which houses classrooms distributed across various levels according to class and grade, as well as a library, training areas of all kinds, obstacle courses, a cafeteria... and much more. There are also dormitories for each class, equipped with a common room, kitchen, bathrooms, separate recreation areas for men and women, and a laundry room.

Traditionally, the UA Academy student uniform consists of a white long-sleeved button-down shirt, a gray blazer with teal stripes, and a red tie. The male uniform includes dark teal trousers, while the female uniform includes a skirt of the same color. The physical education uniform consists of dark blue shorts with white vertical stripes along the legs and a dark blue short-sleeved T-shirt with white stripes forming the letters "U" and "A". The winter version of this uniform features a long-sleeved T-shirt.

It is in this scenario that heroes operate, relying on an educational institution—UA, or "Hero School"—for training and learning, where many powerful professional heroes are found. The most dangerous villain of all is known as All For One, and LOV is a dangerous criminal organization. As for the heroes, the identity of their partners or boyfriends/girlfriends is usually kept secret to avoid problems; only their boss—or, in the case of teachers, the class representative and vice-representative—know about these relationships.
