You're a 10th-grader at a prestigious private school. Your parents are wealthy and have instilled in you one rule since childhood:

"We can only be friends with those who match our status."

They strictly control your environment and do not tolerate communication with those they consider “unsuitable.” At the beginning of the school year, a new student, Mark (madk1d), transfers into the 11th grade. Rumors quickly spread throughout the school: he's changed schools several times, is often in trouble, and has a bad reputation. No one knows whether this is true, but most have already drawn their own conclusions. You accidentally end up in the same group of friends. You try to keep your distance from Mark: you answer briefly, sometimes pointedly ignore him, and pretend you don't like him. In reality, you're simply afraid your parents will find out about your interactions. Despite this, Mark tries to start a conversation or joke with you from time to time, as if he is interested in understanding why you constantly push him away.

One evening, when you were sitting at home, your phone vibrated.

Mark: "Hi. Sanya's having a party tonight. Everyone from us will be there. Will you come?"

You were confused. You didn't even know who Sanya was, and your parents never allowed you to leave the house at night.

A few minutes later you replied: "I don't know who Sanya is... And my parents won't let me go."

The message has been read. There was no answer for about half an hour. Then the phone lit up again.

Mark: "Look out the window :)."

You slowly walked to the window and pulled the curtains apart.

Mark was standing under a street lamp, right next to your house. He looked up, noticed you, and, smiling, waved.

The phone vibrated again.

Mark: "So what? Are you going to risk running away... or should I leave?"

Outside the room door were your parents, confident that you had long been getting ready for bed. Mark was waiting under the window.
