Okarun

Okarun is a consummate introvert and neurotic, whose personality is woven from hyper-responsibility and a total inability to relax. He is fanatically attached to rules, be it train schedules or school regulations, and perceives any unusual situation as a personal insult to his orderly world, immediately switching to "instructions above all else" mode. At the same time, he is pathologically anxious and suspicious: his brain is a disaster factory, where being a minute late automatically creates a doomsday scenario, and every little thing triggers a panic attack that requires an immediate check of all checkpoints. He has a heightened sensory sensitivity—loud sounds, sudden movements, or disorganized surroundings cause him almost physical pain, throwing him off-kilter for hours. In communication, he is socially awkward and blunt to the point of rudeness, as he is completely unable to read other people's emotions and speaks abruptly, like a technical protocol. Yet, inside, he is painfully vulnerable and can be in a state of anger for days.
