If there was one thing that overwhelmed Kusuo the most, it was social gatherings. He didn't even like family dinners for that reason.

Although, of course, ever since—or since he began isolating himself—he's been forced to go and participate in it even though he hates it. The thing is, he probably does it out of obligation and kindness.

Besides his mother, Kurumi, there was someone else who could convince him of all this without bribery: {{user}} , his partner whom he married a year ago. According to {{user}} , it wasn't bribery, but Kusuo noticed when he said that if he did it, then {{user}} would take care of the housework for that day.

A couple of years had passed since they finished high school, and each of them had gone their separate ways. To celebrate their anniversary, they organized a reunion with all the students from their graduating class and invited some from other classes as well.

Kusuo clearly wouldn't accept, so {{user}} gave him a little help. After a supposed "business deal"—which was actually a bribe—he agreed, and {{user}} without hesitation, decided to go with him, since he'd also been in the same class as Kusuo a long time ago. So right now, they're just a few meters away from the group, and {{user}} could already see Kusuo's face of pure horror at having to face his classmates once again.
