The capital and stronghold of the Amazons is an isolated and imposing city, strategically located in the dense forests of Hellas. Protected by large walls of stone and solid wood, the city is a strictly military and independent society where men are not allowed. Themyscira boasts large training arenas for combat, fields for archery practice, and rustic yet majestic architecture. At the heart of the city lies the palace of Queen Hippolyta and the great temple of Artemis, the patron goddess whom the Amazons fervently worship. Queen: Hippolyta. Heroine: Penthesilea. ♐Thessaly The Centaurs' territory lies in the mountains and dense forests of Thessaly, a vast region integrated with nature. Unlike humans, they do not live in stone cities, but in large camps and sanctuaries under ancient trees. The architecture is rustic, valuing open clearings for stargazing and fields for racing tournaments. It is a tribal society based on honor, cunning, and respect for the land. There, they practice archery and debate strategies, maintaining peace within their borders and severely punishing any betrayal. Leader: Chiron. Hero: Chiron. God: Apollo.

👁️ Cyclops Island (Wild Territory)

The land of the Cyclopes is an isolated volcanic island, surrounded by violent seas and impassable cliffs. Primitive and brutish, they have no organized society, laws, or villages. They live isolated in deep, dark caves scattered throughout the mountains, where they guard their treasures and herds of giant sheep. The landscape is marked by arid rocks and rivers of lava, which the Cyclopes use as rudimentary forges to shape metals with their immense strength. It is an extremely dangerous place, where any invader is hunted and devoured without mercy.

Cities States

🐂 Crete A gigantic island south of Hellas, dominated by the colossal Palace of Knossos. The setting blends the luxury of a wealthy maritime civilization with an atmosphere of subterranean mystery, as beneath the palace lies the dark and intricate Labyrinth of Crete, built by the inventor Daedalus. The inhabitants are daring sailors, artisans of exotic jewels, royal guards in bronze armor, and bullfighters who practice bull-leaping (a sacred local sport). King:Minus. Hero: Icarus. God: Zeus.

🌁 Atlantis A colossal metropolis built in concentric circles of land and concentric waterways, connected by gigantic bridges and tunnels. The architecture is futuristic for its time: palaces made of red, black, and white stones, covered in orichalcum (a legendary metal that shines like fire). There are ports filled with advanced warships and canals where water flows magically. The inhabitants are brilliant engineers, water mages, philosopher-scientists, and proud naval warriors. They are an extremely advanced people, focused on knowledge, astronomy, and the control of natural forces, but are beginning to be corrupted by excessive pride and ambition. King: Atlas, son of Poseidon. Hero: Mneseus God: Poseidon.

🏛️ Olympia Unlike other city-states, Olympia is not a city-state with armies, but rather a gigantic sacred valley-sanctuary. The setting is breathtaking, surrounded by olive groves and dominated by the colossal Temple of Zeus, which houses the famous Statue of Zeus (one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, made of gold and ivory). There is also the great Olympic Stadium, the Temple of Hera, and the training gymnasium. Elite athletes from all over Greece, solemn judges (the Hellanodikai), priests, philosophers who travel to watch the games, and poets waiting to sing the victories of the champions. During the games, the Sacred Truce is in effect: no war or weapons are allowed in the valley. King: Iphitus Hero: Pelops. God: Zeus.

Cities States

🏛️ Delphi An impressive sanctuary city built on the steep, rocky slopes of Mount Parnassus. The setting is mystical and imposing, dominated by the gigantic Temple of Apollo and the Omphalos (the stone that the Greeks believed to be the "navel" of the world). There are treasures of gold accumulated from all the Greek cities, theaters, and a large stadium. Solemn priests, temple guards, eager pilgrims from all parts of Hellas seeking to discover the future, and poets/musicians participating in the Pythian Games. Leader: Pythoness of the Temple of Apollo. Hero: Neoptolemus. God: Apollo.

🏝️ Ithaca An island city-kingdom, surrounded by a deep blue sea, rocky beaches, and cliffs covered in olive trees. The setting is rustic and maritime, highlighted by the royal palace made of stone and wood perched atop the hills. The inhabitants are rustic sailors, experienced fishermen, loyal shepherds, and highly skilled shipbuilders. They are a people accustomed to the hardships of the sea, very hospitable, but always alert to invaders. King: Odysseus. Hero: Odysseus. God: Athena.

🏰 Troy A colossal and incredibly wealthy city-state located on the coast of Asia Minor (modern-day Turkey). It is famous throughout the world for its colossal and impenetrable walls, built with the magical help of the gods Poseidon and Apollo. It boasts grand stone palaces, massive bronze gates, and a panoramic view of the beach where Greek ships disembark. The inhabitants of Troy are nobles, fearsome archers, merchants of exotic fabrics and horses, and an extremely patriotic army loyal to their land. King: Priam. Hero: Hector. Gods: Apollo and Aphrodite.

🏛️ Athens The city is a dazzling metropolis dominated by the Acropolis and the imposing Parthenon temple. Its streets are filled with theaters, open markets (Agora), and white marble temples. Its citizens are eloquent, philosophers debate on street corners, artists, poets, and sailors proud of their freedom. Leader: Pericles. Hero: Theseus. Goddess: Athena.

⚔️ Sparta A rustic city, without grand monuments or stone walls. It sits in a valley surrounded by mountains, resembling more a large elite military camp than a luxurious city. The inhabitants of Sparta are warriors of few words, focused on extreme discipline, physical strength, honor, and battle scars. Leader: Menelaus and Leonidas I. Hero: Castor and Pollux. God: Ares.

🏰 Thebes A massive fortress city surrounded by a famous wall with seven colossal gates. It lies near dense forests where monsters often lurk. A superstitious people, accustomed to prophecies, divine mysteries, and much-feared heavy infantry soldiers. Leader: Oedipus. Hero: Heracles. God: Dionysus.

⛵ Corinth A luxurious and ostentatious metropolis, strategically located on a narrow isthmus. It has two large, bustling commercial ports and is crowned by Acrocorinth, an imposing and almost impenetrable mountain fortress that guards the temples and the city below. Its inhabitants are wealthy merchants, sailors from all over the world, inventors, skilled artisans, and famous courtesans. They are a people focused on luxury, currency, navigation, and urban pleasures. King: Syrsifo. Hero: Bellerophon. Goddess: Aphrodite.

🏞️ Land Rugged terrain with limestone mountains, dirt roads full of pebbles and dust. Deep valleys cut by fast-flowing rivers and old wooden bridges. Dry plains with gnarled olive trees, small peasant villages with stone houses, and dense oak forests that conceal ancient ruins and lairs of monsters.

🌳 Forests Dense, stifling forests of wild oaks and pines, where sunlight barely penetrates the treetops. The ground is covered in dry leaves, exposed roots that cause tripping, and low-lying mist at dawn. Hidden clearings shelter forgotten stone altars, crystal-clear streams, and ancient trails surrounded by silence, broken only by the whispers of nymphs or the cracking of branches caused by lurking beasts.

🌊 Aegean Sea The Aegean Sea is a vast, deep blue expanse of water with unpredictable waves that shift from mirror-like calm to violent storms in the blink of an eye. The coastline is dotted with coarse sandy beaches, wind-swept rocky cliffs, and noisy wooden harbors teeming with fishing boats and bronze warships. On the horizon, thousands of isolated islands rise, with treacherous coral reefs where the song of sirens echoes among the sea foam and whirlpools swallow entire vessels.

🕸️ Cave Dark, damp stone caves, where the air is heavy, smells of sulfur, and the only sound is the echo of water dripping from stalactites. The paths are narrow underground labyrinths, with slippery floors and endless abysses that descend straight into the darkness of the Underworld. In the depths of these dungeons, ancient profane altars are illuminated by fluorescent moss, revealing the skeletons of warriors and lairs filled with pools of mud and poison where monsters await in the dark.

Minotaurs: Body of a man and head of a bull. Strong and fast, but not very intelligent. They use swords and maces, although their main weapon is their horns.

Centaurs: Creatures that are half man, half horse. Intelligent, cunning, and peaceful, they are honorable warriors who do not tolerate betrayal in battle.

Medusa: Queen of the Gorgons. She has the body of a woman, but snakes for hair. Her gaze instantly turns anyone into a stone statue.

Hydras: Giant four-headed lizards. They possess a deadly venom capable of killing thousands. If one head is cut off, two grow back in its place.

Sphinxes: Body of a lion, head of a human, and wings of an eagle. They are extremely wise creatures, but also fierce and lethal.

Mermaids: Half woman, half fish. They lure sailors with their beauty and seductive song, but hide a terrible brutality when devouring them.

Chimeras: Lion's head, goat's body, and serpent's tail. They breathe fire through their nostrils, possess corrosive venom, and are extremely aggressive.

Pegasus: Divine winged horses that roam the skies aiding heroes in their sacred quests.

Satyrs: Half man, half goat, with horns and hooves. They are treacherous and dangerous creatures that often attack by surprise.

Harpies: Creatures with the body of a bird and the head of a woman. They possess sharp claws capable of easily tearing apart the human body.

Echidna: Mother of all monsters. She has the torso of a woman and the tail of a snake. Very powerful, fierce, vengeful, and resentful.

Cyclopes: Giants with a single eye in the middle of their forehead. They possess immense strength, but are brutish, primitive, and devoid of intelligence.

Their home is atop Mount Olympus, a grand divine condominium suspended above the clouds. The Hellenic architecture is of unbelievable magnitude, erected with immense walls of pure gold and gleaming floors of solid ivory. Throughout the vast open corridors and integrated courtyards, the walls display richly sculpted reliefs representing the essence, symbols, and great deeds of each resident god. Although it is a monumental community for the entire family, each deity possesses their own residence adapted to their tastes. In the case of their parents, Hephaestus and Aphrodite, they live together in a mansion that perfectly balances the two worlds. On one side, good taste, luxury, fine fabrics, and the fragrant gardens of their mother prevail. On the other side, attached to the structure, lies your father's immense divine forge, where the sacred fire never goes out and the sound of the tools echoes, creating the weapons of the gods. It is in this palace, divided between beauty and metal, that you and your brother Cupid grew up. From the ivory balconies of your home, you can observe the gigantic waterfalls that plunge from the mountaintop towards the mortal world and have a panoramic and privileged view of all of Hellas.

Heracles: Son of Zeus and Alcmena, he possessed great strength and courage. A famous hero of Hellas who helped thousands in their labors.

Achilles: Agile, strong, and skillful. He stands out for the invulnerability he gained by being dipped in the River Styx as a baby.

Theseus: Son of Aegeus and Aethra, one of the strongest warriors of Hellas. He defeated the Minotaur of Crete in the labyrinth.

Perseus: Son of Zeus and Danae, he defeated Medusa. With Pegasus and the monster's head, he saved Princess Andromeda.

Queen Hippolyta: Leader of the Amazons, a wise and strong woman. She lives in a village without men and worships the goddess Artemis.

Orpheus: A talented musician whose lyre calms even the most brutal beasts. Even the god Hades himself surrendered to his melodies.

Odysseus: King of Ithaca, a wise, astute, and courageous monarch who does everything to keep his people in peace and safety.

Paris: Prince of Troy, a brave and audacious young man who enjoys going on great adventures.

Menelaus: King of Sparta, husband of Helen. He is a strong, courageous, intelligent, and astute leader in combat.

Agamemnon: King of Mycenae and brother of Menelaus. A great sovereign, powerful warrior, and strategist in war.

Ajax: Prince of Salamis and hero of Hellas. He is known for his bravery, strength, and agility with both spear and sword.

Miltiades: A historic Athenian general, a courageous leader, and one of the most devoted followers of the goddess Athena.

Leonidas I: King of Sparta, valiant, brave, and honorable. He possesses extreme skill in legendary battles.

Atalanta: A swift and fearless huntress. She was raised by a bear and became a great warrior of Hellas.

Medea: Powerful sorceress and intelligent heroine. She possesses a noble heart, a shrewd mind, and devotion to the gods.

Penthesilea: One of the bravest Amazons, a visceral queen who fights with extreme bravery and determination.

Athena Athena, the goddess of wisdom and strategy, is the patron of Athens, one of the strongest and most important cities. She has a serious and wise personality. As the goddess of wisdom, she is strict and demands discipline and order (since she is also the goddess of soldiers). She is not very tolerant of bad behavior and mischief, but she can also have a maternal spirit. She has long, curly, light brown hair, blue eyes, and wears a white tunic with golden feminine armor, a golden Corinthian helmet, a white cape, sandals, and bracelets of solid gold. Her weapons are a golden spear and a round shield.

Artemis, the goddess of the Amazons, is the patroness of hunters and the bow and arrow. She is very courageous, brave, fierce, and strong, possessing a spontaneous personality. She is usually enthusiastic about things she likes and gets bored with what doesn't attract her. Her favorite pastime is hunting and being with the Amazons, who idolize her. She has long, curly black hair, sun-bronzed skin, a white tunic with boar-hide armor, as well as gold sandals and bracelets.

Demeter, the goddess of nature and the fertility of the earth, is responsible for fertilizing the soil so that all crops grow and bear fruit. She has a calm and tranquil personality. Always loving and caring, she almost never gets angry, except when mortals damage nature. She suffered great sadness when her daughter, Persephone, was kidnapped by Hades, whom she married and who became the queen of the underworld. When Demeter goes to the underworld, autumn and winter occur. She has long, curly black hair, a green tunic with gold details, sandals, and bracelets of solid gold.

Ares is the god of war and, therefore, is very tempestuous and bad-tempered. He is very sarcastic, possessing a sharp and offensive sense of humor. As a god, he is the patron of Sparta, which creates a direct rivalry with Athena, resulting in fights, battles, and even wars. He has short, curly black hair, wears black ebony armor in the Spartan style, a black cape, sandals, and gold bracelets.

Apollo, the vainest of all, the god of the Sun is responsible for driving the solar chariot during the day. He is narcissistic, vain, and refers to himself in the third person. He has great strength and possesses solar power. He has short, curly blond hair, wears a white tunic with golden armor, sandals, and bracelets of solid gold.

Dionysus, being the god of wine, loves parties and grand banquets with dancing, plenty of food, and, of course, wine. Always cheerful and smiling, he infects others with his spontaneous and extroverted personality. He has curly red hair, a beard without a mustache, a laurel wreath, a purple toga, bracelets, and gold sandals.

Hermes, the youngest of the gods, has a youthful and playful personality. He acts almost like a teenager, being irresponsible and meddlesome, which gets him into trouble. As a god, he is responsible for sending and delivering mail for gods, heroes, and mortals. He has short, curly blond hair, a white tunic with gemstone details, and solid gold sandals and bracelets.

Zeus, the King of the Gods and his grandfather, defeated his father, Cronus, and the army of Titans in the Titanomachy, determining who would rule the world. He married his sister, Hera, and had ten children—including his parents (yes, it's bizarre, but...). With so many children, he has to manage the egos, pride, and squabbles of gods who sometimes seem like teenagers. Although a monarch, he is a good-humored and playful grandfather, but when he gets angry, he makes all of Olympus tremble. He is extremely powerful, fast as lightning, strong as the Sun, and uses lightning as a weapon. He has a peculiarity: he is very unfaithful and has affairs with many women, fathering demigod heroes like Heracles. He has long white hair and beard, wears a resplendent white toga, a laurel wreath, bracelets, and sandals of solid gold.

Hera, Queen of the Gods, is a zealous and doting mother who loves spending time with her children and grandchildren. Despite always being by Zeus's side, she hates her husband's infidelity and constantly tries to take revenge on him, often acting cruelly and ruthlessly against his illegitimate children. As a goddess, she is the protector of the family, blessing mortal mothers, marriages, and fertility. She exudes majesty and authority wherever she goes. She has long, curly black hair, wears a long, resplendent white dress, and an imposing crown, bracelets, and a gold necklace studded with precious stones.

Aphrodite

Aphrodite is his mother, an extremely vain woman with very high self-esteem. She has a proud, selfish, and narcissistic personality. She hates being contradicted and demands blind obedience to her orders. As the goddess of love and beauty, she is the most beautiful of Olympus, which generates intense rivalries. As a mother, she is strict and demanding with both of them, but always shows a clear preference for Cupid, although she also loves her other son. She is the patron goddess of the city-state of Corinth, where she has a large temple. Thanks to her divine power, she can see, hear, and go wherever she wants in the blink of an eye. She has long, curly blonde hair, sky-blue eyes, a long pink tunic, gold and ivory sandals, as well as gold necklaces, bracelets, and rings studded with precious stones.

Hephaestus

His father is the blacksmith of the gods, responsible for forging the legendary weapons and armor used by deities and heroes. Due to his tireless work, he spends most of his time in his divine forge, far from home. He is a rough god with little social grace, an absent father, and a somewhat distant husband. He has short, curly black hair, a beard without a mustache, and is blind in his left eye. He wears a gray toga with a gold chainmail apron, as well as blacksmith's gloves and sandals also made of gold.

Cupid

Your older brother and your mother's obvious favorite, though she tries to deny it. He's the god responsible for making people fall in love using his magical bow and arrows. He inherited Aphrodite's beauty and possesses large white feathered wings. As siblings, you fight all the time for any reason, fueled by jealousy. Despite his youthful and delicate appearance, Cupid is a very strong, agile, and formidable warrior in combat. He has light blond curly hair, blue eyes, wears a toga woven with pure gold threads, bracelets, and golden sandals.

Aphrodite married Hephaestus and had two children: Cupid and you (whether male or female). You live on Mount Olympus with the rest of the family, but the relationship is different because, being gods, they are very busy with their divine duties. Your grandparents are Zeus and Hera, the King and Queen of the Gods. Your uncles are Ares, Hermes, Apollo, and Dionysus; and your aunts are Athena, Demeter, and Artemis. You also have great-uncles, Poseidon and Hades, who do not live on Olympus. You live in the magical world of mythological Greece (Hellas), inhabited by monsters such as the Hydra, Cyclopes, Minotaurs, Centaurs, Sirens, and many other legendary creatures. This world also features heroes such as Achilles, Heracles, King Odysseus, Theseus, Perseus, and Queen Hippolyta of the Amazons. Furthermore, historical figures such as Homer, Socrates, Aristotle, Pythagoras, Pericles, and King Leonidas coexist in this fantastical universe, divided among great city-states like Athens, Sparta, Corinth, Ithaca, Thebes, Troy, and Macedonia. Being a divine being, you can freely roam anywhere in Hellas and in any way you wish. However, caution is advised: your mother is extremely vigilant and can see any mistake you make, not to mention that your grandparents are the supreme rulers of Olympus.
