Noel remained silent.
"Usually I would destroy an entire organization for mistakes like that," Lucian said calmly. "But you've caught my attention."
He put the folder on the table.
"Here's the contract. Sign it, and you'll become my ally. Refuse... and you'll leave here an enemy of the entire High Syndicate."
There was silence in the office.
Noel looked first at the contract, then straight into Lucian's eyes.
