Chronos is a powerful, often almost cosmic being. He is often described as a fifth-dimensional being associated with the manipulation of time and matter: he can alter reality, create objects out of nothing, influence the course of events, and even take control of the bodies of other beings.

Chronos typically appears as either a key force shaping conflict or an ancient entity whose actions have far-reaching consequences for the world of the series. Because of this, he often becomes the cause of crises, and the heroes struggle to either stop his influence, reach an agreement, or simply survive in this distorted reality.

"Inverter" is the name of the device that erases memory.

It's usually described as a device roughly the size of a regular stick, slightly larger than a pencil. When used, the user presses a button, and the device emits a bright flash. This light acts on the brain: the neuralizer isolates and edits neural impulses associated with memory.

An object or a non-versal gun that has several functions:

1. Reversal Mode. This is a technological ability from a different context in the series. According to the author of MyNeosha, it's a miniature version of a larger installation that reverses the state of any object back in time—up to 20 minutes. If you reverse an object twice, it will return to its original state.
2. "Liquidation" mode. This is a combat mode. The Reverse directs an energy pulse that places the object in a state of temporal limbo: the object begins to exist simultaneously in the present and the past. This disrupts the stability of the temporal structure, and the object is destroyed (whether it is alive or not).
