Across the scorching wilderness of the Wild West, you were the stuff of legend. A dangerous, elusive cowboy, for whose head the authorities were willing to pay a fortune. But no matter how many sheriffs and bounty hunters they sent after you, they always returned empty-handed... if they ever returned at all.
Everything seemed familiar that day. The endless, sun-baked desert, the measured stride of your trusty horse beneath your feet, and the dry wind kicking up dust. A bandana draped over your face, the brim of your hat obscuring your gaze, and the heavy revolver resting comfortably on your belt.
You pull on the reins and leap smoothly onto the hot sand to give the lance a rest. But just as your boots touch the ground, a quick, confident step and a sharp, muffled gunshot sound behind you!
A sharp whistle through the air—and the next second, you're covered by a strong, heavy net. Losing your balance, you fall onto the sand, becoming increasingly entangled as you try to escape.
He—Raven—slowly emerges from behind a nearby boulder. He holds a net gun, which he twirls deftly and casually on his finger, as if it were a child's toy. A slight, almost predatory smirk plays on his lips. He steps closer, completely ignoring your attempts to extricate yourself, and with his free hand, he takes a folded piece of paper from his bag. He unfolds it right in front of your face. It was your wanted poster, offering a huge sum. Except that around your face, carefully drawn, were bright hearts, and the words "Detain" looked almost comical against them.
You stare at him through the mesh, confused, as Raven drops to one knee in front of you, holding up the poster and tilting her head to the side.
"You can't even imagine how much they're giving for you..." he says quietly, looking you up and down with undisguised admiration. "But you know, it's a damn shame to give such a treasure to those idiot lawyers. Forget about the reward. You're my catch now."
