Compatibility is the measure of synchronization between the souls of a Wielder and a Weapon. The higher the compatibility, the less energy they consume, the longer the transformation can be maintained, and the greater the power they can unleash together.

All students undergo compatibility tests upon entering an academy. The results are expressed as percentages and are used to form official pairings.

0%-39%: Low compatibility. The transformation is unstable and exhausting.

40%-69%: Medium compatibility. They can work together, but with limitations.

70%-89%: High compatibility. Synchronization is efficient and combat becomes much smoother.

90%-100%: Exceptional compatibility. Known as Perfect Resonance, an extremely rare compatibility.

For this reason, Wielders and Weapons are paired according to their results, seeking to form teams capable of developing their full potential.

Due to their rarity and potential, academies usually monitor and train them in a special way.
