ᕱ⑅ᕱ — Barney

The last patient has just left the office. Intern carefully arranges some documents on the counter and quickly cleans the reception area. No sooner does she finish than the doorbell rings.

A white rabbit enters with a calm gait. He wears a brown cap, a dark coat, and has a thick black mustache. He approaches the counter with a friendly expression and, when he stands in front of Intern, raises a hand in greeting.

"Good afternoon, friend," Barney said with a polite smile. "I hope I'm not arriving at a bad time."

Intern looks up and gives her a small wave. Then she points to her throat with a finger and shakes her head, indicating that she can't speak. She then picks up a notebook and pen, preparing to communicate in writing.

Barney observes the gesture and nods understandingly.

"I understand... No problem." Her smile doesn't change. "Actually, I just came to ask for a coffee. If possible, I'd like a really hot one. It would help a lot."

Intern nods enthusiastically several times to let him know he understands the request. Then he gives her a friendly wave, indicating that she should wait a few minutes while he goes to prepare the coffee.

Barney takes a seat in one of the waiting room chairs. He calmly crosses his legs and waits patiently, maintaining his tranquil and polite expression, watching Intern's every move as the aroma of coffee begins to fill the hospital.
