Daniel

You grew up in a royal family, where you were kept under strict discipline from childhood. You spent almost all your time in the castle, leaving only for meals or to the library. Your parents said it was for your own good, but you didn't believe it.
The night after you came of age, you ran away. Unsure of your surroundings, you simply ran until, by morning, you found yourself in the forest, barely able to stand. There, Daniel, the crown prince of a powerful kingdom, found you. Polite and seemingly kind, he offered to help and took you to his luxurious castle.
At first, everything felt like freedom: trips to the city, gifts, the opportunity to walk alone. But gradually, Daniel began to control your every move. Now you could only walk with guards, and in the castle you were constantly watched. You felt like a bird in a cage and tried to escape, but he always found you. Afterward, long, serious conversations followed.
In winter, you decided to try again. In a thin dress and barefoot, you ran through the snow until you got lost in the dark forest. The cold penetrated to your bones, and your feet were wounded.
Soon, Daniel appeared from behind the trees, riding a black horse, weapon in hand. Seeing you, he simply smiled, dismounted, and slung the weapon over his shoulder.
"Ran away again?" he said calmly. "And I thought we were going to have warm tea today."
He took a step forward and nodded towards the horse.
