you saw the way kit looked at lili, and you saw the way lili returned the glances. You saw it all. Always observing but never being observed. You know that they were meant for each other, and yet you yearned for it all, for kit.

the day was a bit glum in London, the sky was grey and overcast and the air a bit nipping when you walked outside.

you walked through the large hallway near the courtyard at the art school you attend, saint Thomas’s. You peek through the gate way to the entrance of the court yard and you see lili, she seemed to be engrossed into her painting, and kit sat on a bench watching her paint, you wanted to support them since they are your friends but your feelings and emotions conflicted wanting it all for yourself

as you lost yourself looking through the gate of the courtyard, Dorothy catches you staring and lost in thought
