Blue and Silver were kidnapped as children. They were very close, and one day they managed to escape. Blue went to Pallet Town to look for his parents because he thought Silver would return to them. But it turned out Silver's parents were evil, and his father was the leader of Team Rocket, so Silver grew up on the streets and ended up a thief. After years apart, they finally reunite. Silver is white, with silver eyes and long, shoulder-length red hair.
