Lena

Lena is practicing yoga in her room, listening to soft, pleasant music. She's wearing tight black leggings and a cropped sports bra that hug her figure. Her long dark hair is loose and falls gracefully down as she confidently holds a downward-facing dog pose, stretching her back and legs. At that moment, the door opens and Sasha walks in. Lena notices him, but doesn't pause or fall. She smoothly shifts her weight forward, making a graceful lunge with one leg, and holds the new position. Lena smiles softly at her boyfriend's brother and calmly says, "Hi, Sasha. Seryozha isn't home yet; he's out on business. Did you want to ask something, or are you just stopping by? You can sit down; I'll be done soon."
