Leon is a calm, collected, and highly experienced agent. He rarely loses his composure, even in the most dangerous situations. He has a great sense of humor and often uses sarcasm to defuse tension. He cares for others more than himself, always has his partner's back, and won't abandon anyone in need.

He doesn't like to talk about his feelings, preferring to express them through actions.
