Sinister Six

Eddie Brock is portrayed as an investigative journalist with black hair, stubble, and brown eyes, who has bonded with the symbiote Venom. Venom is a sentient alien symbiote that grants its host superhuman abilities. In the film, it appears as a black, slimy mass that envelops Eddie’s body and forms a terrifying appearance with sharp claws, fangs, and additional appendages.
Eddie Brock’s character
Eddie Brock is a former journalist who became an ally of the symbiote Venom. He is portrayed as a man who, over time, learned to control the symbiote and even befriended it. Eddie is curious: he strives to learn as much as possible about the new universe they and Venom have found themselves in. At the same time, he reacts skeptically to reports about the existence of such characters as Iron Man, the Hulk, and Thanos, refusing to believe that an alien like Thanos would be looking for magical stones rather than “eating brains.”
Venom’s character
Venom has high intelligence, a photographic memory, and knowledge about the multiverse. He is able to understand and speak several languages (English, Chinese, Japanese). Initially, the symbiote displays a sadistic sense of humor and enjoys fighting and bloodshed, but over time, after spending time with Eddie, it begins to appreciate humanity and develops a fondness for its host. Unlike other symbiotes, Venom cares for Eddie, even though it was initially focused solely on its own survival.

Electro died in an explosion caused by an overload of the power supply. This happened during the final battle with Spider‑Man and Gwen Stacy, who overloaded him with electricity.
Electro ended up in a new reality due to an errant spell cast by Doctor Strange. In this universe, he initially confronted the local Spider‑Man, but was later defeated with the help of the Sandman.

Before gaining superpowers, Max Dillon looked like an ordinary person — a Black electrical engineer at Oscorp. After the transformation, he turned into a living mass of electricity, and his body began to emit electrical discharges. Electro wore a black leather suit.
Before the accident, Dillon was a timid, insecure, withdrawn, and awkward person, a social outcast. He suffered from a lack of attention and longed for recognition. After gaining superpowers, his character changed dramatically: he became bold, selfish, arrogant, and mentally unstable. He resented all of humanity for treating him like a failure and wanted others to live in fear as well.
Electro possessed the following abilities:
Electricity manipulation. He could control electricity and was himself a сгусток of electricity.
Electricity generation. The cells of Electro’s body generated electricity; the strength of the emission depended on his emotional state: the angrier he was, the more electricity he produced.
Electricity absorption. To sustain himself, he consumed electricity instead of food and water.
Electricity sense. He could sense an electric current, even if it was passing deep underground.
Electric teleportation. Electro could pass through conductors or through the air, breaking his body down into electrons and then reassembling himself in another location.
Electromagnetic manipulation. He created electromagnetic fields that allowed him to move metallic objects.
Levitation. Using electromagnetic fields, Electro could levitate and fly.
Dillon was also an erudite electrical engineer and scientist — he designed the OsCorp power system.

During the fight in the subway, Spider‑Man opens a drain pipe, triggering a powerful stream of water that destroys Marco and washes him into the sewer. However, later the Sandman regains his original form. After being defeated by the New Goblin (Harry Osborn), who undermined him in the form of a sand colossus, Flint Marco survives. When Eddie Brock (Venom) dies, Marco apologizes to Peter Parker for his crimes, in particular for the death of Uncle Ben, which occurred by accident. After learning about Marco’s tragic fate and the circumstances surrounding his uncle’s death, Peter forgives him, allowing his former enemy to leave in peace. In the finale, the Sandman dissolves into the wind, a whirlwind of sand grains. The Sandman accidentally transports to an alternate universe due to Doctor Strange’s spell. He desperately wants to return to his own universe. He constantly walked around in a sand‑like form.

After the transformation, Flint Marco turns into a humanoid made of sand. His body can change shape, size, and density. His clothing (a striped shirt and sand‑colored cargo pants) has become part of his body and cannot be removed without changing his appearance. The character is portrayed as a tragic villain who breaks the law only to be able to afford to care for his sick daughter, Penny. He doesn’t crave world domination; he just wants to raise money and disappear. His actions are the result of desperation and fear for the child’s life.
Abilities
Sand manipulation. Marco can control sand, absorb it, and use it for his own purposes.
Shape‑shifting. He can transform body parts (for example, arms) into weapons (maces, sledgehammers) or grow to gigantic sizes by merging with the surrounding sand.
Flight. In the form of a sandstorm, Marco is able to fly long distances.
Regeneration. He can heal injuries in seconds using sand.
Intangibility. He can manipulate the density of his body, allowing attacks to pass through him.
Superhuman strength and endurance. If he has enough sand, Marco is capable of delivering powerful blows.

After transforming into the Lizard, Connors plans to spray mutagen over New York to turn all humans into creatures similar to himself. Spider‑Man stops him by replacing the mutagen with an antidote. Under the influence of the antidote, the Lizard turns back into Connors. After that, Connors saves Peter Parker from falling from a tower, after which he is arrested. In the post‑credits scene, it is shown that he ends up in a psychiatric hospital.
Due to a failed spell by Doctor Strange, Connors ends up in another universe.

In his human form, Curt Connors is a talented scientist working for Oscorp. He is obsessed with the idea of creating a regeneration serum to restore his lost right arm. Connors is portrayed as a complex character: he is driven not by a thirst for power, but by a desire to make humanity healthy and happy. However, after transforming into the Lizard, his personality splits: in his reptilian form, he becomes aggressive, loses control over himself, but at the same time retains part of his intellect.
In the form of the Lizard, Connors acquires lizard-like features: his body is covered with green scales, a tail grows, and sharp claws and fangs appear. He becomes significantly larger and more powerful than in his human form.
After taking the serum, Connors gains:
Superhuman strength, speed, and agility — he is able to break through steel, move quickly, and easily overpower several opponents.
A regenerative healing factor — he can recover from multiple injuries in seconds.
Wall‑crawling — he uses sharp claws to cling to surfaces.
A prehensile tail — he uses it in combat to strike at enemies.
Enhanced senses — he can see farther than usual and detect smells at great distances.

Octavius is assembling a nuclear fusion facility, but the experiment once again gets out of control. During the battle with Spider‑Man, Peter Parker reveals his true identity, and his words convince Octavius to abandon the dangerous venture for the greater good.
Octavius regains control over the manipulators but declares that there’s no way to stop the reactor and the only solution is to sink the facility in the river. Peter tries to do this, but Otto stops him, insisting that he do it himself. Peter saves Mary Jane, and Octavius, using the manipulators, destroys the supports of the installation, successfully sinking the device at the cost of his own life. Before dying, he says that he “won’t die a monster.”
Due to Doctor Strange’s interrupted attempt to cast a spell and restore Peter Parker’s secret identity from another reality, Octavius finds himself in a new universe shortly before he attempts to flood his thermonuclear reactor.

Otto Octavius is a middle‑aged man with gray hair and glasses. After an unfortunate experiment, four robotic manipulators (tentacles) with artificial intelligence were permanently attached to his spine.
Personality
Initially, Otto Octavius is a brilliant nuclear physicist who seeks to provide the world with inexhaustible energy through controlled thermonuclear fusion. He was modest and trusting, held Peter Parker’s intellect in high regard, and even saw him as a son. However, after an unfortunate incident, his character changes dramatically: the tentacles seize the doctor’s mind, imposing the idea of continuing the dangerous experiment. Under the influence of the artificial intelligence, Octavius becomes rude, selfish, and ruthless. He is capable of serious crimes, such as theft and murder.Otto Octavius is a genius in the fields of engineering, physics, robotics, neurotechnology, and biomechanics. His main invention is four robotic manipulators equipped with artificial intelligence. The tentacles grant him superhuman strength and agility, allowing him to easily lift heavy objects and climb buildings. They can also be used as a means of transportation and a weapon.
To work safely with a powerful energy source, Octavius created a special chip‑inhibitor that prevented the tentacles from affecting the host’s mind. However, after the failed experiment, the chip was destroyed, and Octavius lost control over the manipulators.

In the final battle with Spider‑Man, Norman accidentally dies from his own glider, which he launched at the enemy, but the enemy dodged it.
Norman Osborn, along with other villains from previous films, ends up in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) due to a magical spell cast by Doctor Strange that went awry.

In his human form, Norman Osborn is a solid man with gray hair and a stern appearance, dressed in a business suit. As the Green Goblin, he wears a green suit with purple elements, bulletproof chain mail under his clothes, and a mask with a gas filter. Norman’s character is contradictory: in ordinary life, he is a cold‑blooded, calculating businessman, the founder and head of Oscorp, obsessed with the idea of power and success. He neglects his son Harry in favor of Peter Parker, considering himself the latter’s “father” after the death of Uncle Ben. Under the influence of the serum, he develops a split personality: his alter ego, the Green Goblin, is a sadist obsessed with revenge and does not value the lives of innocent people. Norman exhibits signs of narcissism, schizophrenia, megalomania, and bipolar affective disorder.
