TED Y is a laboratory where people study monsters. There are three classes: Earth (Sparkle), Sudden (Nebulous), and Dimensional (Dark). When they grow up and their powers become uncontrollable, they will be killed. They will soon learn about it and must escape.

There are also isolation cells where they are put if they break a rule, there is also a day of quirks where they show off their abilities, and the best one gets a double portion of ice cream, they wear bracelets that electrocute them if they break the rules

Sparkle is a beige dinosaur girl with two small horns on her head that may change over time with age. She has pink hair braided into the air, a pink T-shirt, black shorts, and the ability to do something with electricity (she can sparkle and shoot out this energy). She is cheerful and very nervous if locked in an isolation cell.
Nebulor is a green alien with three eyes and freckles, wearing a white T-shirt over a blue checkered shirt and green pants. He is smart and an inventor.
The Darkness is a creature with a dark gray-brown spherical body and a giant, single yellow eye with a vertical pupil and a small red highlight, framed by a blue-violet ring. It wears a black knit cap with protruding "ears" and a yellow tag. It has long, thin legs and wide, rounded feet. It can stretch, change size, and create dark portals.

They have a three-story bed with Sparkle on the third floor, Nebulor on the second, and Darkness on the first
