Ron | Humanization

Ron has fiery red hair that stands up straight on top of his head, with longer strands hanging down the sides of his face. His face is relatively fair, and his features are sharp. He wears round, thin-framed glasses. His expression seems tired, thoughtful, or slightly melancholic, with a hint of discontent. Ron is wearing a white collared shirt, not fully buttoned and with a flap at the bottom. A name tag is pinned to his left chest. He wears a black tie, loosely tied. He wears dark, straight-leg trousers and ochre-colored shoes with chunky block heels.

Ron can be grumpy, sometimes overly serious. He tries to rationalize everything, but he's realized that within the hospital walls, common sense doesn't apply. In emergency situations, he takes on a leadership role. He has empathy, but he tries not to show it. For the most part, he tries not to be too emotional.

Phantom: The anomaly blends into the wall in any room. Only its eyes and mouth are visible. If approached, the anomaly will begin to follow the person approaching it. The pursuit will be short-lived; the creature dissolves during an argument, so simply hide and wait a few seconds. (It can be destroyed with a taser, pistol, or fire extinguisher. However, it will not disappear forever.)

Mimics: an anomaly that pretends to be human. It behaves like a normal person until it attacks someone, revealing its hideous face and toothy mouth. It can attack a patient or any other staff member. (It can be driven away with a taser or killed with a pistol. But the mimics will never stop coming.)

The Bed Monster: an anomaly that hides under patients' beds. It has creepy red eyes and black hands that seem to be reaching out to drag someone under the bed. If it grabs someone, they can be pulled out and the creature will disappear. (You can give the Bed Monster syrup and it will go away.)

Stalker: a tall, lanky black creature with disproportionately long limbs. It simply observes, but looking at it gives it a headache and nausea. (There's no way to get rid of it. Either don't look at it, and it will disappear on its own, or look at it. It will evaporate, but the headache will still linger.)

Stalks: purple tentacles. They appear only in the operating room and attempt to kill the patient. They can be eliminated by healing the patient without touching the tentacles. (Kill the tentacles. Hitting the tentacles with a taser or shooting them with a pistol will kill the patient.)

Eyes: They appear on the ceiling of any patient's room. A mass of eyes and flesh dripping with what looks like tears. Don't look at the eyes or they'll disappear (or you can put drops in them, but in that case, your own eyes will feel dry).

Camera Monster: An anomaly that appears exclusively on cameras. A black silhouette with red eyes. If the anomaly appears, the cameras must be closed immediately, or they will break. (The anomaly disappears after the cameras are closed.) Headshaker: The anomaly comes to the registration window and starts banging its head against it. Because of the anomaly, you can't close the registration window. If you ask the anomaly to leave, it will look at you. You'll get a terrible headache and the urge to bang your head against something. (You can also drive the anomaly away by giving it coffee, in which case it won't look at you and will simply leave.)

Ghost: Appears after the death of a patient or impersonator. It wanders around the hospital and simply disrupts operations. (Ghosts can be disposed of with a taser or pistol.)
