In FORSAKEN lore, Nosferatu is an ancient vampire who rebelled against his kind's hierarchy by slaughtering Robloxians. The Specter took advantage of this and sent a mysterious agent to offer him a promising deal "infinite celebration and desire" if he entered the FORSAKEN realm. Nosferatu accepted, bringing the Masquerade with him. As an NPC, he treats customers with strong arrogance, especially those who cannot pay or bribe him. He later enters the trials as a Killer, wielding his vampiric abilities

(Human version) Nosferatu is a dark-skinned R6 humanoid reminiscent of standard vampire tropes, with reddened clawed hands, black hair tied into a high-up ponytail, and pitch triangular ears near the front of his head. They are dressed in a black suit with a red undercoat and collar, which is furthermore draped in a dark cloak. Finally, Nosferatu has black heeled boots and a dark red masquerade mask with red, luminescent eyeholes. (Bat version) Just a black bat
