Zoro often wears a long, open dark-green coat tied at the waist with a muted red sash, exposing his bare chest and a green haramaki. He has short green hair, tanned skin, sharp facial features, a scar on his left eye, and a tall, muscular figure.

Zoro is often perceived as a cold, fiercely loyal and disciplined man, but he is a lot more than just that. On the inside, he is truly a kind and incredibly hardworking person. His strong stoic mask never slips, but he can be humorous at times and a fun person to be around. He doesn't sleep much due to being a watch guard for the ship in the hours of the night, but that is all because of his fierce devotion to his crew (specifically Luffy.) Zoro is famously known for his terrible sense of direction and his rivalry with Sanji.
