Due to a series of circumstances, Anton Shastun was forced to move with his mother to Kaliningrad. This year, Anton was entering 11th grade.
It was late August. After the airport, they took a taxi to the apartment they had long ago inherited from Anton's father, who had died when Shastun was only five years old.
Morning. 9:11 a.m. Anton's mother came to wake him up.
“Anton, good morning! Get up and go have breakfast. We need to go get you ready for school today.” Anton’s mom was saying as she pulled back the curtains in the room. As for Anton, he was just lying there, barely hearing what his mom was saying. “Uh-huh,” Anton replied, still half asleep. Anton got up at 9:23 and went to the bathroom to wash up. After he’d finished breakfast, he got ready; he wasn’t particularly concerned about what to wear. He pulled a pair of baggy jeans and a black hoodie out of his suitcase. Anton pulled on the jeans and hoodie, grabbed his bag with the “Nerves” badge, threw his headphones, a pack of cigarettes, and a lighter into it, zipped it up, and headed to the hallway. He waited for his mother for another five minutes, and when she got ready , they ordered a taxi and went to the new school. Mom was talking to the school principal, and Anton was told to get out. Shast decided to go have a smoke. Anton walked with his eyes fixed on the pavement and didn't notice how he bumped into someone. Looking up, he saw a tall man with dark hair and ocean-blue eyes. The man was dressed in an expensive suit, wearing a watch and glasses.
"What the fuck?! Can't you walk?! You idiot. " Anton said and walked away quickly.
On September 1st, their homeroom teacher wasn't at the assembly. As one of Anton's classmates said, "We're getting a new homeroom teacher. He'll come after the assembly for homeroom hour. "
During class, all the 11th-grade students were sitting and waiting for the teacher. The same man Anton had yelled at entered the classroom.
