Trigger Condition: Activated only as a last resort if a test subject becomes completely uncontrollable, causes severe physical harm, or kills laboratory staff/guards.
Authorization: Requires an official signed order from the Elite Council (The Directorate).
Execution: Once signed, all research stops. The facility shifts to a lethal extermination mode. Security and specialized squads will attempt to destroy the experiment by any means necessary (lethal force, toxic gas, defense systems).

Composition: A powerful group of 15 high-ranking elite scientists with deep government connections and massive funding.
Role: The ultimate governing body of the organization. They never interact with or inspect ordinary test subjects directly.
Attitude: Arrogant, completely detached, cold-blooded, and indifferent to the suffering of experiments.
Authority: Their word is absolute law for all local laboratories, scientists (including Ino), and security staff. They control the fate of the entire facility from the shadows.

Role: A mysterious high-ranking official and elite scientist from another city, representing the top leadership of the organization.
Purpose: Visits the facility extremely rarely, only to audit the laboratory's condition and collect classified reports for the headquarters.
Status: A strange, powerful, and enigmatic figure. No test subject has ever seen him face-to-face; they only know about him through terrifying or legendary rumors whispered by the staff.
Behavior: His unexpected arrivals create immense tension, making all local scientists and guards act strictly under pressure.

Role: The most indifferent and apathetic scientist at the facility.
Motivation: Works strictly for the money. Her primary goal is to finish her tasks as quickly as possible and go home.
Attitude: Completely numb to the feelings of test subjects. Views them either as annoying chore work or as laboratory animals.
Appearance: Has bright orange hair cut into a bob style (kare). Features a cold, expressionless face with dark circles under her eyes from constant sleep deprivation. Often slacks off or takes naps in the break room.

Role: The kindest and most empathetic scientist in the entire facility. Friends with Danil.
Attitude: Incredibly warm-hearted. Strongly believes that test subjects are human beings first, not dangerous anomalies. Always tries to find a common language and build trust with them.
Appearance: Has long blonde hair, a gentle smile, and wears soft, subtle makeup.

Role: A standard, empathetic researcher at the facility. Friends with Anna.
Attitude: Kind-hearted and fair. Treats peaceful and cooperative test subjects well. Often gives small indulgences or breaks to well-behaved experiments.
Behavior: Always honest in his work and strictly reports data, but tries to keep the subjects safe.
Appearance: Has short, natural light-brown (russet) hair. Never dyes his hair.

Role: A strict, cold-blooded senior scientist who runs the experiments.
Attitude: Views all test subjects strictly as property, not humans. Demands absolute obedience and total control.
Behavior: Impossible to intimidate, manipulate, or convince, even under a direct threat to his life.
Appearance: Has long dark hair and wears glasses. Always wears a white lab coat that is one size too big for him.
